"This place is ideal for lunch, and a perfect place to go down before/after visiting the suho paper museum 2 doors. it's a wage-weight buffet, but much better than some others we've tried. the selection of options was super auberginen, bambus shoot, earlylingsrolle especially delicious. reis as extra for almost no money, and free suppe. popular, and best to get there early to lunch as the dinge at the end."

"We have eaten here almost every day for lunch. it is a balanced healthy meal. a part costs about 200twd depending on how much they get. there are many of them in taipei, cool concept, they grab a dead bag and fill it with items from the refrigerator (veg/ tofu/ vegan meat) and choose their noodles. give them the bag over, pay and collect it within 5 minutes as soon as it was cooked. really healthy and all completely vegan."

"I remember the five-grain rice balls stuffed with vegan filling fondly from when I first discovered this place, but during my most recent visit, the rice ball was only half full of filling: the top half was just rice. Service was also really slow because they were fulfilling several Foodpanda orders. I also wish they had unsweetened versions of their plant-based milks: only soy milk can be ordered without added sugar. But the almond/oat/brown rice milk was pretty good and very thick. The dumplings (both cabbage and salted mustard ones) were also yummy, but I could have used some hot sauce. Finally, you'd think they'd be able to have someone proofread their English spellings of things before they printed out their menu and posted it in their restaurant."

"The food is vegan, but personal care products are not all vegan as some brands test on animals. I 've spoken to different staff at the store as well as on Facebook, but their response was that vegan, cruelty-free products which are mostly imported might be too expensive for their local customers in the neighborhood. They also used to carry Earth Balance, Daiya, Tofutti, but I haven 't seen those products for a while. There are some nice snacks, sauces, frozen vegan mock meats, breakfast cereal, bread, soymilk, and so on. It 's still worth checking out since the food is vegan and there are some nice local vegetables and fruits, but I think the name iVegan may confuse consumers who are seeking real, cruelty-free personal care products."

"Typical Taiwanese veg buffet. The main area of the buffet seemed to be fully vegan. Lacto-ovo section (labeled) was in a separate area behind a hot counter. I loved their radish cake. It had a very intense radish taste and less flour. It was my fave item from the buffet. The other dishes were good too, although other buffets I have visited tasted better overall. Visa cards are accepted. The address and geo-location on HappyCow are correct, but if you search for the address on google maps it will lead you to a wrong locations easiest to find the place by using the google maps place id “2GPV 4G Da’an District, Taipei City Updated from previous review on 2023-05-21"

"Rohe has been around for 11 years, but I've only visited for the first time yesterday. It's an all-you-can-eat hotpot with lots of options. There were two of us so we could choose two different soups as the base. We had tomato and pumpkin and both were really nice. The environment was really nice and quiet."

"The restaurant is located in level B3 of the shopping mall. Try to find restaurant Nara then you'll see it. The buffet is big, mostly veggies. Hardly any fake meat, if there even was any. Cold and hot dishes. You pay per weight except for rice/noodles. Cheap. I liked the variety of food. Unfortunately most of the dishes were already quite cold. The dishes could be more flavourful as well. But all in all a decent option for lunch/dinner."

"I went with my cousins to Beitou and we were looking for a veg*n restaurant near the train station xingbeitou. the other vegan restaurant was closed for summer vacation, and I was so relieved when we stumbled on this place! the location is modest, and the personal speaks little too no English, but they were very friendly and helpful and prepared incredibly delicious food. my non-veg cousins were super impressed by the imitation hong shao rou and the pesto-like noodle dish was also super delicious."
