"The restaurant external dining seats are in the Logis hotel yard and garden. My wife and me were guests of the 2 stars Logis hotel. It is simple and basic hotel. But the restaurant is a different story. The food quality was very good and tasty. We could see the chef while prepared the food and my wife regarded him as a magician in kitchen. No need to be hotel guest and there were outside eaters as well. Recommended."

"Nasty little waitress. My daughter didn't feel good and needed the plunder so that we arrived at this place and everything was good; as we were there, the four of us decided to grab a table and have a lunch. Son of a bitch. When we were presented with the menu (I saw the prices and a few maths saw a modest lunch would return me ca. 200 €. The waitress had made water available and put the table when I explained what happened and said we didn't need the table anymore. My God! They thought I had attacked her mother, I apologized at least five times (I am English and even offered to pay for the tap water (no food had been ordered). She had nothing of it and made a real scene that indicated that the menu was displayed for all to see (true, but despite the circumstances she wore. Nasty little waitress , nasty little hotel (probably). Apart from this little episode we had a great holiday and enjoyed many French hospitality"

"Had a leisurely lunch here in the garden watching the river drift by. Pleasant surroundings and decent service although two servers couldn’t decide whether the market fish of the day was John Dory or another species. However, the fish was good and nicely cooked. The ‘tapas’ platter was straight out of the freezer/ into the fryer mainly with the addition of some charcuterie. The large garden area on the riverbank we found much preferable to the noisy soulless indoor tables."

"Nice location, but the french fries were lukewarm and the sauce at the bavette came out of the microwave. Also the service was slow and not up to par. My daughter had a childerens menu that included a scoup of ice. We asked vanilla (2 times) and got strawberry. If you need to go to the toilet, do not go there. A few yards away there is a public toilet, which is cleaner;)"

"I tested the dishes from Délices d'Anaïs during the wellness fair in Brantome where I was exhibiting. 1st day: Carbonara pasta were very good and more than sufficient quantity (I couldn't finish) 2nd day wrap with ham raw vegetables. Only fresh. Very good And soft Nutella muffin with a very delicious dose of chocolate. Anaïs is smiling and very friendly in addition to her good cooking. I recommend Fanny (The Truffières workshop) Food: 5"
