"A big car boot sale took place in the village when I arrived at Le Bon Laboureur at 1:00. I used to call to book a table and I'm glad I did. The place was mocked. I offered a table in the sunshine. Seafood collection, Lamb Skewer and Cheeseboard. A decent simple and tasty food at affordable prices. Worth a detour."

"Making me relatively often to Bray-sur-Seine, I tested the torch. As the previous notice says, it is a type-road restaurant. No fioriture, a very simple service, old wooden furniture, granular white tablecloths in paper, a counter, regulars, short the restaurant bar of the corner.Naturally, when you go to this kind of establishment, you must not aim for gastronomic cuisine, nor bistronomial. It is a kitchen as at home, served without pretention, at honourable prices (the complete formula is 14,50 €). The boss is friendly, has a frank laugh and knows his clientele. you can be served by the latter or one of the cooks. The kitchen is correct but really without more. In the hall, I tasted the country salad. I made a mistake in the sense that there were a lot of beets and I have that food in horror. It consisted of green salad, an eighth tomato and two small pieces of paned cheese. Nothing of a transcendent good or a garnish. The dish consisted of pork meat, rice and vegetables. nothing to say about accompaniments, from the classic (but I don't know if the vegetables were fresh or frozen. a my opinion, frozen because they were not crunchy or consistent.) the meat was good but a little too dry to my taste (and very fat). I finally took the homemade pie of the day, apricots. very acid, it was good but not unforgettable. In short, you eat for the price you pay but some efforts would be welcome. another effort: make sure to limit flies in the room!"
