"I'm from Manchester and I don't come to London often so I didn't have a clue what I was doing when I was down there this weekend. Long story short I ended up at Nelson. I started with grilled parma ham, then went on to...a duck breast main and finished with a tiramisu. I find it hard to put into words how much I enjoyed my meal. I don't have a bad word to say about it. The only restaurant which comes close to making a duck breast so perfect would be Evuna in Manchester so I can safely say the Nelson is putting out top tier food on the regular. Thank you for such a treat Antonio (head chef) company. I also mustn't forget to mention the bar staff at Nelson who were very helpful in both assisting me in choosing something off their menu and bring me a pint of Peroni every now and again, so thank you Michelle and Kristina. If I'm ever down in London again I'll definitely be making a stop at Nelson and I urge any visitors to London to do the same. Undoubtedly an excellent Italian dining experience. Splendid."

"Hmm. Not sure how Te Amo has garnered so many five star reviews. The staff were friendly but the rest was a mixed bag. We had a mini meze starter which was really nice (excellent falafels) but the mains really let things down. Everything tasted...old, which for the starter wasn't so much of an issue, but for main I had the lentil stew which, although it tasted OK, was actually dry rather than stewy as expected, and my partner had the mixed seafood grill where the fish was completely overcooked and she got chips instead of rice AND salmon instead of tuna as requested. Toilets were vile I recommend peeing in the street instead! Portions were absolutely massive and the prices low, so if you just want to fill your stomach then great, but don't expect anything decent except if you order the falafels."

Great range from fresh food, a small bakery to juices, protein bars, fruit and vegetables plus more. Well laid out and clean. Staff are always really sweet. Very helpful and friendly. I frequent this branch and always love coming by. They have some tables outside if you want to eat or have a drink there. There is also area at the back of the store but this still appears to be closed post-pandemic."

"This little buffet-style restaurant offers Westernized Chinese food. I wouldn't pay for the buffet there, but takeaways boxes are a bargain. They offer common fake Chinese food such as sweet and sour meat, pork with carrots, braised vegetables etc. They also have calamari and spring...roles. The lady at the store is attentive and helpful."

"Found this place while staying in St Pancras for a long weekend in London. Being big foodies, we were on a mission to find a good place to eat and we were not disappointed!! Gentleman who owns the business and his staff are very...friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and authentic the chicken is cooked to perfection and falls off the bone. Freshly squeezed orange juice was very refreshing too. It was so good, we had to come back!! Just as tasty second time round. Definitely give this place a try, you will not regret it"

"I had lunch here in June 2019. the caffe is located on the ground floor of an imposing building where adult eductaion is provided. there are steps to the main Georgian door that was closed. it looks like an office or someone home, be as brave and open it. there is access to the plain through the lateral entrance on the old gloucester street. they wait on the counter and can see the eating that is clearly marked. there was at least one vegan porn and I had buzzing, squash and couscous with one sidealat. it was a good value for money. it's Sit-where-you-can. I had no problem finding somewhere to sit, although they probably share a table."

"Recently went to Lauderdale House for an event and had an amazing experience with great food and fantastic service. Until then I did not realise that the house had a cafe so with the event making such a great impact we decided that we would...pay the house another visit sometime. So this weekend we were back in Highgate visiting friends so decided to pay the little cafe a visit. Well we were not disappointed. There was a little bit of a wait to be served, as the cafe was busy, which is totally understandable on such a lovely sunny day. But once served we were greeted by two lovely friendly young lads who could not have been more helpful. We opted for a baguette and a panini, followed by some homemade cake and coffee. All totally delicious. I dont usually write reviews but I was so impressed by this little cafe tucked away in the beautiful park that I wanted to encourage all other readers to visit this little gem....on a beautiful sunny day this cafe, grounds and wonderful house make a brilliant stop over. As a added note the exhibition was also very interesting along with the history of the house cleverly explained by a little machine (sorry dont know the technical name of it) that is situated by the entrance."
