"I visited this Gasthaus with friends for a meal and a few beers. What a pleasure.The inside eating area was cosy and welcoming with friendly locals and smiling staff and the outside eating area looked perfect for warmer evenings.I ordered schnitzel and vegetables with a salad starter and was not disappointed, cooked freshly whilst we quaffed a refreshing beer or two the food was excellent.If you are ever in Chemnitz make a point of coming up the hill to the little village of Bebisdorf to eat at this superb little gem of a restaurant."

"We stayed today on 16.08.2015 their guests at michaelelis. four people a great restaurant beautiful weather, but the selection of the food and the food quality left much to wish. personal well they tried to make the best of it. to the misfortune is still bad. I asked the waiter to swap the humming fork. of the probably 3 existing bottle coolers in the michaelis we were the fourth that, according to the recommendation of the waiter, also ordered a whole bottle of water, but do not want it too fast. after murren the waiter decided to bring an ice cooler with ice, so we had a cool water. despite the very bad breakfast buffet, we didn't get under. we were looking forward to the lunch announced for 11:30. 12:00 clock, but it was already after 5 minutes, the sweet one was consumed by the 5 previous guests. the service promised that new vegetables should have in five minutes. I voted the waiter and was the first to use the new fresh vegetables. I was served at the table. the nice one was about 90 pfeifen. we did not want to pamper the day and at least enjoyed the beautiful day. for the 123,00 € billable we have certainly paid 70 for the name michaelis. from me, the michaelis is not recommended. variker and kerstinquam"

"General Chemnitz City of Modernity. Thus, she acquires herself and also has to offer new things. My goal was today the newly opened smac, the State Museum of Archaeology Chemnitz. Located in a generous and wonderfully renovated historic building, which now has nearly 90 years on the hump, the exhibition shows the most modern performance of Saxon history. What is closer to exploring another gem of new architectural history. I found this with Villa Esche. It was the first construction of the famous Belgian architect van de Velde in German and is a jewel after historical restoration. Operation As a local inexperience makes it, I drove to Navi and came to stand right in front of the villa. I passed the main building to the actual restaurant via flower-filled stairs. Here you will find a nice garden with covered tables under beautiful old trees, which are additionally covered with large screens. Nowadays they protected from the obvious thunderstorm, but nevertheless the operation found nothing to do their job perfectly in the rain for a short time. One approaches, is perceived as a guest, warmly welcomed and immediately receives the fine small card with an insurgent, friendly advice. And so it continues. Demands, requests for amendments, explanations? No problem. A perfectly acting team with modelling effect. You shouldn't get the food starved. This is very positive, because if the food described is already running together with the water in the mouth before anticipation. At noon, the restaurant offers a nice lunch ticket. Here also excellent sounding dishes in a refined, partly bold combination. So I decided to go for a colourful tomato salad with olives, parmesan and basil 5,50€, as an intermediate for the mushroom risotto with cherry tomatoes as half a serving 6,00€ and the chicken lobe filled with chilli paste and shrimp from the oven with pasta 9,00€ as the main course. On the way there is a delicious Rhabarberschorle and a very well-opening and perfectly cooled Blanc de Noir. Pleasantly the rain grabbed my umbrella, yet the food was served with a smile and nice words, although part of the way was covered in the rain. The first surprise: the look of the tomato salad. Really colorful, two kinds of green, red cherry tomatoes, dark olives, plentiful parmesan and all overdue with a fruity fresh vinaigrette. Enjoy. This could continue and so it went on. Perfectly spicy risotto with melting parmesan, plentiful pieces of mushroom, again colorful cherry tomatoes. The main court was then the crowning conclusion. Shrimps in the chicken lobe? Oh, yeah! A successful combination, finely embedded in the meat, plus a crisp, ideally tanned skin, a dining experience. Everything rested on crunchy little bites. Needless to mention that even the pasta for my knowledge Linguine were delicious and on the point. I swore about this overall experience. The ambience The building ensemble speaks for itself. The restaurant is located behind the main building and is not too large. It is embedded in a terraced park with beautiful old trees and well maintained lawns. The actual restaurant is not large, modern and relatively simple, but cosy. There also seems to be a small second floor. As already described, there are cozy outdoor spaces, the tables with terracotta-coloured panels in mosaic optics. Fresh flowers, only manko, no fabric napkins outside. Cleanliness Simply excellent, as in the sanitary areas."

"First, online reservation was completely unproblematic and the places were also really reserved. we had a nice table in the first floor. we didn't have to wait long for the acceptance of our order. the high point was eating, and we haven't fed long, our desire took the waitress pleasant and pleasant friendly. at the beginning the room was still little occupied, it changed in the run of the evening, which was quite good at the ambiente. for this great evening with excellent food and service, not to forget the very pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant, the bill was quite appropriate. thanks for this great stay. we're coming back!"

"Zeche: 33,60 € per person General: Can you go Greek food in Chemnitz? I asked a rhetorical question because I suspect that in every German city you will find a Greek of 10,000 inhabitants. But the selection in the Karl Marx city is limited and I had completed my research with the choice of Syrtaki. I didn't regret the visit because I was eating right. The award at one of the hot July days 2015 was very remarkable for a Tuesday. The typical audience was found, namely couples, families and small groups, as well as soloists like me. I see the price-performance ratio at only four stars. The Syrtaki offers a homepage where the menu can be displayed [here link] . Service: Two Greek men in black dress delivered the outdoor tables occupied in front of the restaurant and the few interiors. They did it routinely and friendly. Beverages quickly came to the table and the appetizers and main food matched. The ouzo of the host in Syrtaki is sufficiently cold for both start and invoice. More cold would have done the rarely encountered Retsina Rosé well. Overall an acceptable duty that I appreciate with full satisfaction. At the beverage prices: Pils by Paulaner is charged with a considerable €2.80 for 0.3 l. Greek mineral water is 4.90 € for the bottle with 0.7 l and the few open standard wines want to be paid at 5,50 € for 0.25 l. Only the mentioned Retsina is €4.40 for the neighborhood. Food: The map is manageable, but offers the most promising classics. The mixed cold appetizers Pikilia, 8,90 €, which I have chosen, were specially advertised on the map as five balls Tsatsiki, Skordalia, Taramas, Auberginensalat and sheep cheese Tyrosalata. A basket with a bright, fresh and fine-pored bread was added. I like the eggplant salad with a correct garlic note, some tomatoes and walnut, the pretty firm sheep cheese cream and the creamy tsatsiki with cucumber, garlic and a dillhauch. The Taramas would not be industrial goods, but the conservation of the fish note and the Skordalia would have made a little more garlic and olive oil well. This Pikilia plate should settle in the upper third of my rankings. Then the grill plate Parthenon with Gyros, Souvlaki and Souzouki Frikadelle, €12.80 . I chose Pommes. The additional salad with two fractions: The herbal salad was retained and refreshed; the leaf salad half "napped" with lush cocktail sauce. To the proteins: the gyro freshly cut and well seasoned, as well as the loose frikadelle. However, both grills are slightly oversalted. The Souvlaki has a delicately seasoned and still seasoned, but with decreasing heat increasingly dry in the bite. The pommes hot and crispy. The portion size is good and also without appetizer. The grill plate plays in the middle of my experience league and in until I give good three stars for the food. Ambience: The restaurant is not classic blue and white. Color determination are the dark wall panels and space dividers with wooden columns, table surfaces and blue patterned upholstery. The carpet does not contribute to lighting and the spot-like ceiling lights have a moderate luminosity. Folklore has a few wall paintings with antique motifs. The good table sizes and wide running paths are found in the quite large restaurant. Cleanliness: Everything in the green area. The men's toilet in white highly tiled and clean."

"We were eating on Easter Sunday. In any case, reservation was necessary, because everything was fully or already reserved. We were with acquaintances and had the meat spiess. Due to the reviews on the Internet, we have asked for the courts what was explained to us with patience despite many guests. The atmosphere was very pleasant and very friendly. We can praise the food, the salads were fresh and crisp and the spit a little different. The service was friendly and very attentive. We'll definitely be happy to come back to the next celebration."

"Nach unzähligen Malen des Vorbeifahrens haben wir es dieses Mal gefunden. Die Felsendome Rabenstein. Der Name klingt sehr vielversprechend und wer dann weiß, daß es sich um unterirdische Höhlen handelt, wird vielleicht begeistert sein.Einen Dom haben wir erwartet, aber leider standen wir vor einem sicher ehemals schönen Fleckchen Erde, was man nur mit einer Führung betreten durfte. Leider nicht jederzeit möglich und sonst, sieht man außer einem grauen Höhleneingang gar nichts.Die vergilbten Fotos in den Schaukästen künden von einer ehemals guten Zeit. Heute ist es nur noch ein Überbleibsel sus vergangenen Tagen. Schade. Da hätte man mehr als nur eine Gaststätte draus machen können."
