"Sometimes looks can be deceiving. From the outside, La Table a Mo is nothing to look at, especially on a cool, late summer night when the terrace is empty. Inside, the vibe is somewhere between totally cool and utterly charming. You can either sit at the 'bar (and watch the chefs prepare your meal), at one of the few tables with chairs or at the elevated bar tables for two with stools instead of chairs. We opted for the latter."

"We ate here on a Friday night and we could have been at an Italian bring your own wine in Montreal. The food was good and was good value for money. It was busy with a good ambiance. Friendly owner and staff. Would come here again."

"My first review and for very good reason. Excellent restaurant with a warm welcome from our very kind, smiling and attentive waitress. We were a party of 5 and had great service and the food was delicious. We ordered beef, chicken, shrimp skewers that we grill on a mini BBQ, sautéed vegetables, egg rolls, etc. We drove 1h30 and we were not disappointed at all. Thanks again to the entire restaurant team! I will go back guaranteed!Knyom Khmer saok veing. Knyom thveu ka chamouy Sarina! Orkurn chraeun! Sok sabay! :"

"Found the food good!! Different and lots of selection for the lunch specials. It's Thai and Vietnamese specialties!! Not for you're meat and potatoes crowd! I love eating foods that have variety in flavour! The peanut sauce chicken was great and the fried spinach was really sweet but tasty! It's bring you're own wine also wich is great. The service is fast. overall a great lunch at a good price!"

"Wing last week with my wife there and young we were there for a trip! we have tried various dishes: trout tars (probably the best tartars I have ever had, crispy and tasty calfsweet, escargots, an original poutine, a lobster mac n' cheese (oh young and the tsartic T-Bone steak. everything was on the spot, including the service, and the wine selection was very diverse. restaurant l’impérial is definitiw a place to stop!"

"If you want to eat well and not bleed your wallet, that's the place. service is fast and courteous. The food is excellent. the menu is well diversified, red meat, white, fish, seafood and pasta. excellent inputs, try the brie fondue with strawberry and apples behind, a delight. bring your favorite wine and there is a perfect dinner at good prices. Go and give your opinion!"

"We have been here several times over the past few years. The second-last time we visited, we had a real hard time to get attention from the waiters. We were five people. After having finished the meal, we waited for ages to get the bill, and the same for settling the bill.The salad bar is popular, but the staff had a hard time keeping it serviced and cleaned.The last time we were here, it was the same thing. The salad bar was really in a mess. And the waitress this time was right-out unfriendly.So, this is not a place we will return to for quite some time, unless we hear from others that these issues have been solved."
