"Great Asian food here, but workers are too uptight here! This is a family business but doesn't have that feel. Most time it's the young son of the owner on the front register or other non family members working the front. I never eat inside! I always order carryout over the phone and then pick it up, cause it's convenient. But over the phone seems like they try to rush your order, and when you get there, they are either trying to take an order over the phone and do a transaction with you at the same time. (I was that guy on the phone and at the front register at times). Sheesh. They don't SMILE much. They look like if I was coming to Rob them for something. I been coming here since June before work and after sometimes. The more I come seems like my business isn't getting acknowledged. I know they recognize me over and over! But some businesses only there for your money. Might have to go elsewhere next time for better service! Foods not bad it's just the people here that's serving you! I like to feel happy getting and eating good food, as well as the one that are making it, should make you feel good too."

"New Vietnamese restaurant located in the Humble area. Decided to give this place a try based on reviews and the fact that it is new.Firstly I have to write, getting here I completely missed the turning. It's located in a little medical strip mall and it's quite inner so I didn't see the shop at all. After a little detour I eventually made it in. The restaurant itself is very clean. It's kinda like fast food style where you order at the counter. I didn't find the service that friendly. As I came in the guy at the counter told me I needed to order first before sitting down. I had a baby car seat so I needed to put that down. When I asked for a high chair he just pointed towards the door and just watched me carry the car seat plus high chair over.The menu is traditional, price wise okay but the drinks are overpriced. I wasn't impressed with the Vietnamese coffee since it was just the Louisiana coffee that you can easily get at the store. I ordered the Bahn mi and my mother ordered the pork rice plate. I would say the bread for the bahn mi is soft and all the vegetables were fresh but it was a bit boring. The tofu had a bit of a lemongrass flavor but that was it. My mother's rice plate was okay. Vegetables fresh and the pork was cut into smaller pieces making it less chewy. Not a lot of sauce came with it so we grab some extra hosin and chili sauce.Overall I would write it's more of a 3 1/2 star vs 3 stars. I would write if you don't live close by its not worth the drive."

"The place was packed, it took 20 minutes to make my food. I love Tortas, so I have one plus a toco. Well, when I came home, I had only one tortta no toco, but once I ate, I was full. This is a great place food is awsome I can really not complain I paid 8 dollars and it was good value. Even better, the Tortas are just $5 better, then a $5 foot long Lol. Great food and quality."

"Excellent food at reasonable prices with great service. We have visited this restaurant for years and although COVID had fed into a bit of a challenge, food and service remained great throughout. We've tried many articles since we've been eating here years ago and everything we've tried is delicious. I'm glad they could stay in business during these difficult times."

"WOW!! I thought I hit the jackpot when I found v bistros, but this place was recommended to me for a more authentic taste and man oh man. They will be seeing me alot and I will be bringing friends and family here.The vermicelli noodles are soo soft and a good amount of pork in the B2.The iced coffee with condensed milk was strong! I had to ask for a cup of milk to make it drinkable."

"Very nice and clean business. I and my colleague came here for lunch. But it wasn't full, there were probably 5-7 customers. I ordered beef with garlic sauce and my colleague ordered Mongolian triple pleasure. Both came with a soup. I have an egg drop soup and she got a thick tone soup. Right after we made our order, the waitress brought us the soup. And about 5 minutes later, food was served. It was very delicious. The beef was tender and the garlic sauce was tasteful. I think this restaurant is one of the best Chinese restaurant in Humble area. This place is certainly our place whenever we want Chinese food. I will definitely come back to try other dishes."
