"My sister and I attempted to eat at Rice Box this afternoon. I?ve eaten here multiple times (take out) and never had any issues and the employees were always so nice. We walked in and we?re ignored by two different employees. There was not a sign saying to wait to be seated or to seat yourself, so I asked the employee behind the bar if we needed to seat ourselves. I honestly didn?t know because I?ve always gotten take out. The employee replied ?you might as well? and rolled his eyes. I made sure I heard him correctly and he said it again. We should have left then, but we seated ourselves. We sat down and waited for menus. No one came to our table, but two other guests came in and were immediately greeted and sat by the same employee. At this point, we left and I will not be back. I understand the weight of a bad review and would normally never leave a negative review, but I was shocked by how blatantly rude the employee was for no reason. *I waited tables for several years and I would have never treated guests like this nor would the businesses I worked for have allowed this*"

"Wait staff is responsive, and timely. Such a fun food experience for children and adults. Our chef was funny and more interactive with our children at the table than I have seen at anywhere similar style restaurant. Lunch seems to be a slower time to go, but would make a great date night."

"After driving for almost two years at their somewhat discreet location, yesterday the day was for me to give them an attempt... I'm so glad I did it! The young lady who greeted me was so friendly and helpful that the first impression really made me know that I had made a good reputation. I ordered the middle Crab and Lobster Pasta Bowl and swore my sweet tooth with a piece of rum cheesecake. I found the price to be affordable and looking at the portions and taste, I cannot complain at all!!! I told her they're hard to misrepresent! I had no idea about the other foods they have pizza, salmon, talapia, wings?? Would I recommend it? ABSO FREAKING LUTELY!!!"

"Tried this restaurant for the first time.... Turned out really good... Gets pretty crowded during lunch..... I had the panang curry and shrimp and pork spring rolls.... They got the job done.. I do applaud the 1 server that worked the whole floor alone. Coming to this restaurant brought back old memories of the Hardee's that use to be there. Lol"

"I've been eating here for about 5 years. Because they were in their last place and I still love it. While I miss the family that used to serve, I am still glad to see them open and running. I'm not sure where the bad reviews come from! These customers could have caused a problem. This was the first place where I tried the duck and now I get it often! There is a new checkout that still learn to be so patient with her and not intentionally make her job harder than it must be! The spring rolls would have had less lint on them! I know the rice paper is sticky, but maybe try to make it on another surface? The atmosphere is still welcoming and quiet. People are super nice and they take care of them! Definitely hard to find these days"

"Most of the time their wings are delicious but yesterday they were dry and I ordered s burger and the bun was old and hard had to throw it away. The fries were great but I asked for extra crispy not done either. I think I stick to their wings only"

"A good restaurant for hibachi and they serve sushi too. They have dishes that most other, similar restaurants serve. They serve their hibachi plates with rice and you can add vegetables for an additional charge. Their sushi rolls are smaller in size than some of the other sushi places in town. They also serve a miso soup with meals instead of the clear broth soup you find at similar places. Overall, not a bad restaurant for hibachi."
