"This small shop is fought with organic industries: local fresh fruits and vegetables, sourdough bread, tofu, tempeh, soy milk, cereals, noodles, nuts, sauces and spices, dried fruits, seaweed, personal care and household cleaning products. I noticed some imported goods like Eden brand cans chickpeas. Prices are appropriate for the quality of organic products. I only saw a non-veganese product for sale in the cooled section. The owner is helpful and friendly, and the business is a simple walk from the Yuigahama beach right on a popular shopping street. There is a sign on the walkway when the shop is open (10:00-18:30)."

"It is a cafe in Kamakura Museum near Kamakura Station. You can enjoy Japanese culture with your mouth and eyes. Desserts will be served after meals upon request. On this day, we chose Chiffon Cake, Matcha Pudding and Cosy. However, if you are vegan, you need to properly instruct the staff as the above is not vegan specifications. I don’t want to take animal products, but I said there was no coffee jelly cream. I picked soup from kelp and shiitake, but it was very deep and delicious!"

"Cute cafe in the middle of a residential area of Kamakura, probably would have missed it if I wasn’t following Google Maps. Vegetarian options and has onions and a few root vegetables on their food (not for jain vegetarians) otherwise very simple and slightly over priced. Good lunch spot after touring the temples in the area. (Vegetarian and Vegan friendly)"

"I live in Kamakura and this place is my go to happy place. Food and vibe is so nourishing. It’s an old Kamakura house built by one of the owners grandfather. Food is consistently awesome. And the chef spins vinyl while working the open kitchen. It’s homey yet elegant. And a cool place for kids to cut loose."

"Had an amazing meal here. They have three restaurants near each other, so make sure you're at the veg one. They have an explanation sheet in English. Everything's veg (no fish stock)! It's not cheap $45 per person), but it's totally worth it everything was fresh and delicious."

"Mari Fujii is a specialist and author of many cook books about Shojin Ryori including the one in English, “Enlightened Kitchen : Fresh Vegetable Dishes from the Temples of Japan”. She gives the lesson in Japanese at her home in Inamura-gasaki. For the people who understand Japanese, it is a nice way to learn the cooking and also communicate with other Japanese participants. For the non-Japanese speaker, the workshop organized by Idees Kamakura is ideal as the menu consist of the vegetables and ingredients which are easy to find overseas. And the recipe and the information are provided in English."

"I have the curry for 990 yen and was very full. it was delicious. close to the railway station and until 17 clock open so well for a meal before I return to the city. I'll be back here. the place is bigger than I had imagined what was great for social disintegration. if they gave serviettes with food, I had to ask. they also have take-away bento for 770. I recommend that you add a drink dessert set. I have also submitted an evaluation of googlemaps."
