"First of all, the food comes early. And the volume is amazing. So, I regret it if I don't order it. As for the taste, most dishes are delicious, but I didn't like seafood. It tasted like ketchup with sugar. Taiwan ramen is spicy, rich in umami and very delicious. The spring rolls were perfect as a model, with the outside crispy and the inside crispy. Xiaolongbao didn't produce much soup, but it was juicy and delicious when chewed. However, as a hope, I wanted the rich soup to be included in the taptapu. The first recommendation is Gomoku Bali Yakisoba. The crispy fried noodles are topped with torotoro bean paste containing tapri vegetables, shrimp and scallops, which is very delicious. The moment I ate a bite, I was surprised at the aroma of the noodles. I felt the fragrance of baby star ramen. However, it is not as hard as baby star ramen, and the crispy texture is very comfortable. What was even more surprising was that I didn't have the unpleasant bunibuni texture that swells before I finish eating, which is often the case with fried noodles. Of course, it's not crispy until the end, but when you soak it in bean paste, it returns to normal noodles! So, the ratio of crispy and ordinary noodles gradually changed, and I was able to enjoy eating until the end. I think I finished eating in about 10 to 15 minutes, but the ratio of the last bite was crispy 1: normal noodles 9th. I'm going to eat again! Original まず、料理が来るのが早いです。 そしてボリュームがスゴイ。 なので、加減をして注文しないと後悔します。 味については、大抵の料理は美味しいのですが、海鮮おこげは好みではなかったです。 ケチャップに砂糖ドバドバ入れた様な味がしました。 台湾ラーメンは、ピリ辛で旨味が濃厚でとても美味しいです。 春巻は、外はパリパリ中はトロっとして、お手本の様な完璧な春巻でした。 小籠包は、スープは然程出ませんでしたが、噛み締めるとジューシーで美味しかったです。 ただ、希望としては濃厚なスープがタプタプ入っていてほしかったです。 １番のオススメは、五目バリ焼きそばです。 パリパリに揚げた麺の上に、タップリの野菜と海老、ホタテが入ったトロトロの餡がかかっていて、とても美味しいです。 一口食べた瞬間、麺の香ばしさにビックリしました。 ベビースターラーメン程の香ばしさを感じました。 でも、ベビースターラーメン程に固くはなく、パリパリサクサクとした食感はとても心地良いです。 更にビックリしたのは、かた焼きそばにありがちな『食べ終わる前にふやけて、不快なブニブニ食感になる』ということがなかったことです。 もちろん、最後までパリパリではありませんが、餡でふやけると普通の麺に戻るんです！ なので、徐々にパリパリと普通の麺の割合が変化していき、最後まで楽しく食べることが出来ました。 １０分〜１５分程で食べ終わったと思いますが、最後の一口の割合はパリパリ１:普通麺９位でした。 また食べに行きます！"
