"Before writing this review I sent a message to the management of this establishment to try and resolve this but they never got back to me. I went in for dinner prior to going to a show at the OLg stage. I was staying at the Holiday Inn and it seemed like a good idea at the time. There is a lot on the menu and this might be why they do not have a clear idea of what kind of a restaurant they are. From lamb to pizza and a few things in between . I went with a veggie burger. Horrible. On the plate was carrots and broccoli steamed?? then the burger had a big slice of raw white onion, further into the bite there was a pickle and a tomatoe but at this point I realized it was a frozen patty not made from scratch. The fires were also from a bag. I complained to the server . He confirmed my findings. I had also ordered a beer, which I was drinking. The server told me he would take the beer off the bill?? The food should have come off the bill, I did not eat it. He informed me that there was too much paper work involved with removing this item from my bill ? I inquired that it may not be the right thing to do by giving me a free beer under their liquor license and he said he knew but he would take the chance. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible policy. If a Liquor Inspector reads this review please look into the practice of this place as I feel it might not be following the guidelines and rules to a licensed establishment under Ontario law. For all others do not eat here."

"Quiet place on New Years Day. Servers were friendly and food were tasty and filling.Parking: Great food experience. Is it on the pricier side but is worth it."

"Not many places we like to go in Niagara because we are local and normally go out of town. Pho Xyclo was a place we haven't been to in a few years so when we said lets stay in town I looked up their menu first and like what we saw. Fresh clean establishment, was fairly busy I mean almost full but we didn't have to wait for our orders to be taken or food to come. my daughter enjoyed her jasmine rice while both myself and hubby had a good medium veggie bowl that's just the right size."

"This sexy burger actually pretty good. We stop here I didn’t think they would have anything. The pineapple that comes on the burger is tasty. When I got there they ran out of vegan bun. It served with lettuce. We have our own section."

"We had salads and burgers. Food was good - reasonably priced. Service was friendly, fast and very accommodating. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken - forgot to order light dressing - the dressing was a bit to heavy for me, even though it was incredibly delicious. I mentioned this to the waitress as she was taking our plates as I had left an ample portion of salad on my plate as the dressing was good - but just too much. She had the manager remove my entree from the bill. I was very surprised by this - and found this to be a very nice gesture."

"While visiting Niagara we received a voucher to go to this restaurant. We arrived around 6:30 pm. The restaurant was lovely. Everyone was friendly. I enjoyed the prime rib. My husband had the filet mignon. We enjoyed a glass of wine and brie before the meal was served. This particular evening the restaurant was very quiet. However, one of the waiters at one point in the evening, strolled around the restaurant singing a beautiful song. It was fun. As for price, it was on the more expensive side but we did notice that they offer an early bird special from 4 to 6 pm. The prime rib was 1/2 what the regular price was. If I had known I would have taken advantage of this. :D"
