"We chose in the entrance the steamed rice pancakes,joliment presented but insipid, nems,idem(probably industrial) with salad leaves and mint that date...We have badly chosen but the discovery plate, that was the fill. Indeed, the papaya salad...without papaya with pieces of crustacean uncoated and immangeable. an insipid beef tartare like our entries, the pieces of dried beef were acceptable as well as the sausage logs.Acceptible service.When we fell a bad day, in view of the good reviews of which they are the object?"

"Tres bonne table. Viande et poisson succulent, service agreable, bref une tres bonne adresse sur Rungis qui fait aussi tabac et bistrot sur l'autre côté. Grand parking pratique. Salle spacieuse où on est pas les uns sur les autres. Les dames apprécieront les banquettes."

"Ce restaurant est situé Rue de Tolbiac au n° 128 et comporte une salle décorée avec des tables assez serrées et une terrasse couverte . le menu est varié avec entrées : salades , compositions , plats thais de divers ingrédients , riz accompagné , poulet , bœuf , poisson , crustacés , etc et desserts . Les prix sont raisonnables et les portions plutôt de quantité moyenne . Nous avons pris salade de papaye à 7, 75 euros , salade de crevettes à 11 euros , bœuf haché thai à 8, 25 euros puis Nem Thadeua à 8, 40 euros, Khao Phat à 6, 75 euros et des plats comme Brochette de lotte à 11 euros , coquelet rôti à 7, 75 euros . Riz gluant pour 2 à 4,20 euros et riz sauté à 7 euros . Le tout pour 68 euros pour 3 personnes avec thé glacé en carafe . Le gout des plats est plutôt fade , sauf peut être le coquelet grillé qui est égal à lui même , Le bœuf haché est très rose et avec peu de gout . Les brochettes de lotte sont moelleuses mais hélas même la sauce aigre douce a du mal à relever le gout !! Le service est rapide et efficace . Finalement ce restaurant ne vaut pas un mention bien mais plutôt passable pour la qualité gustative des plats . J'ai demandé si le chef avait changé ? Mais la réponse est non c'est toujours lui !"

"A very unlikely location for a personally and individually cooked gourmet meal, but this was so worth it! Housed in what used to be an old ice house, refrigerated rooms, this huge building, with its own water tower, became occupied by artists after being abandoned. The city of Paris bought it so that the squatter-artists could continue to live there legally, while paying only nominal rent. La Maison's door is around the side of this all-graffiti covered building, and you wouldn't venture in unless you knew where you were going. It is run and cooked by a petite Japanese woman, Mme. Mariko. She is adorable, and bows to greet you. You have very little choice with the menu, it is all cooked at the time by her, and cost 25 Euros the day we went. It was really astonishing. She first prepared (beautifully) the appetizer of about 5 individual treats, including sardines, cucumber and seaweed salad, and several others. Each was just perfect, and absolutely delicious! The main course was a huge plate of all things tempura, from salmon to vegetables, to rice--all amazingly good. It is a very humble room, and you almost feel as though you were in someone's home kitchen. Certainly no mass production!. I literally never finish everything on my plate, especially this many foods and this much to eat...but it was impossible not to eat it all. So many different tastes, and all tantalizing.For dessert, we were given the choice of lemon or chocolate pie. I chose the lemon, and it was the best I've ever tasted--and my husband felt the same about his chocolate pie. We were the last people there, and Mme. Mariko was gracious enough to answer questions about her enterprise. She allowed as it was difficult for her to cook "commercially" for a lot of other people, and only found satisfaction is cooking for people who really appreciated it. She also told us that she is an artist, as well, and explained how she did her lovely wall hangings adorning the kitschy place. The restroom was like someone's guest bath...just more eclectic...all done in wild colors with a red enamel toilet seat. Very clean and lovely.Even though not the least bit French, this is one of the best meals we have had in Paris! We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a home-cooked Japanese meal and an incredible experience. Do be prepared to pay cash, however, as she does not accept credit cards."

"I can't say I've dined in Paris often, but this was calmer and I say this without reservation, one of the best dining experiences I have had in the city. definitely visit this location if you have the opportunity it's not too crowded, the waitstaff are very friendly, and the food is both delicious and inventive."

"Fresh local products, for the most part organic (producers are mentioned on the map) and a simple and refined home preparation, made live in the center of the restaurant. a rare place to bet with such a price for this level of cuisine, with such an elegant setting and such a warm atmosphere. For the moment, we have tasted the bun of Wednesday (do not miss it), the burgers (including a vegetarian), the veal melt. Thank you for all these flavors! absolutely to recommend to all those who prefer fresh natural products to regularly heated industrial food and served in breweries."

"Friendly welcome and a menu at 23 euros for lunch for entry, dish and dessert. The well served with quality products: delicious lentil warm salad with a poached egg, nice slice of paleron braised with small vegetables with a good sauce and a dessert with apples and caramel, a little too sweet...Very pleasant glass. a good address to remember."
