"What a lovely pub.Met my son and family from Kent for Sunday Lunch.Had the choice of small medium or large meal .The small or medium meal is enough if you want a desert.Meal came out boiling hot with 7 different vegetables,roast and mashed potatoes,Yorkshire puds and lashings of lovely gravy.Nice choice of deserts too .Very good prices too.The pub has a nice and friendly atmosphere with lovely staff.A real gem."

"The food here is very poor. Lots of cheap ingredients and very little meat. I think the “spring onion” that went with the crispy duck was possibly leek as it was so tough. The sweet and sour chicken was all batter and very little chicken, the sauce was almost non existent and what was there was gluey and certainly not pourable. Everything was very greasy and looked as though the deep fat frier was their main cooking style. Very little fresh ingredients and everything lacked flavour. To sum up, this is all quantity and no quality. Very disappointing!"

"Wow and not in a good way , I had a sea food grill ..too salty ,deep fried mussels were dried up and hard . It was our wedding Anniversary meal ,didn't want to make a complaint ,so when Marco came to see how our dinner was ,I told him how it was and said I'm hungry so eaten some of it, he shrugged his shoulders and said OK and walked off , no sorry for that . When we went to pay the bill husband said are you going to take something off as my wife didn't eat everything , he said well your wife saud she is hungry I will eat ,so you didn't give a chance to do anything , by this time I said to my husband don't worry pay for it its clearly my fault the food was bad and left .. very dissapointed no wonder the restaurant was dead !!!"
