"This restaurant is located about 30 minutes from town in a scenic area close to the mountains and surrounded by vineyards. The menu was fairly traditional and meat based. We were all happy with our dishes though the empanadas could have been warmer and the milanesa was a bit boring. The side dishes of potato wedges ( papas rusticas) and grilled vegetables were both very good. Something strange I realised in retrospect was that we were not given a written menu. The waiter just told us what dishes were available and did not mention the prices. I would rather have a written menu with prices to make an informed decision and to allow time to peruse and discuss with the rest of the party before ordering. It felt a bit rushed having to decide on the spot. I would recommend this place for a jaunt out of town especially for lunch when you can enjoy the scenery, perhaps combining with a winery visit or a walk at the Zonda dam."
