"I thought it would be nice to take the family out to lunch somewhere in adelaide. Friends recomended a nice drive up to blackwood.After walking around i found a cafe down a side ally. ARTISAN. I dont mind spending money on quality food and service but this location is very over priced. And staff no smile. Food tasted good but not great. All it takes is a little salt pepper to season any meal."

"I have visited a few times and my partner and I are always well looked after with attentive staff. It is a nice intimate resturant with fantastic curries. We loved the Vindaloo and Lamb Madras. It is a bit more expensive than a standard bistro...mean but worth it for something different. They have a few different unusual beers and are in the Entertainment Book. Take-away available!"

"I heard good things about this place but since changing of owners it's gone downhill. The place smelt like bad odor as soon as we walked in, the floor was sticky, there was rubbish and old plates left on a lot of the tables, terrible service, very average food! I asked for take home container and they charged me extra for the meal I had already paid for!! I go to 2 main caffe primo food chains near my house and I love them and no others charge for containers! but this one, has been possibility the worst experience of dining out in my life. never again!"

"I was so hungry. We ordered over the phone and picked up immediately. The burgers were cold and don't be deceived they will look nothing like the pics. The chips were oil soaked with some left over chip that must have been fished out after two days of going undetected in the fryer. Overall, appalling will never go back!!"

"Bar service and wine tasting were fine, however having to wait 50+ minutes for entrées to come to the table and the mains seemingly forgotten I would not recommend dining at this establishment. Having raised this with the wait staff the reception was less than amenable and did not offer any remedial action."
