"Had been here once before was bit dirty, Looks like they had tidied it up a bit, so I took a chance. Waited forever for my steak, when it eventually arrived, they forget the peppersaus, which took another 4 minutes. The chips were cold too much gristle on the steak !"

"Vegan options on the menu include all day vegan breakfast, falafel salat, T.L.T (triple decker roasted tofu sandwich,) roast red pfeffer toastie and hummus wrap or sandwich. in general they always have a vegan cake option. Non-dairy milk is available for soy milk. the smoothies are delicious and fresh. a great place to breakfast, brunch or lunch."

"Wife had the Goat Curry and was delighted when she was offered more plantain (not many people enjoy it as they expect the sweet banana) I was truly happy with my choice of Monkfish and scallops (and Guinness) The evening was bliss we were in...food heaven. It was very authentic food. (We spent years in the Caribbean, so yes absolutely As far as covid goes, we felt very safe. Thanks for a memorable evening."

"Great little traditional pub, which hoards many historical items. The ambience is 'Charles Dickens ' era and many of the original buildings features are still present. Limited car parking but the menu makes up for that, nothing overly fancy, but really tasteful fare. The village of Mawnan Smith is centred mainly around the church and the pub."

"Two main choices for lunch a vegan burger or soup of the day, which was curried vegetable (you have to specify you'd like the vegan option today it had sour cream) Not convinced it was vegan, and left the spread that was in a pot on the side for the bread. Would've loved a sandwich or salad!"
