"Very enjoyed our breakfast. Had a cheese and a second ham and cheese omelet. The food was delicious and came fast. Also ordered French fries. We had tea so we can't comment on coffee. We like the location good views."

"The food was fine, but rarely have I been so ignored in a restaurant. No smiles, no "how is everything?, no "Would you like anything else?", I had to get up and go to the counter myself to ask for a second glass of wine. Was I treated this way because I am a 63 year old solo travelor? The owner was more interested in his computer screen than his customers, while his spouse stayed in the kitchen cooking. I won't be going back"

"Menu land does good food for a local price. The menu at soles has the classic starter and main with drink included, though you'll pay a few soles more for some options. I had a burger one evening, which was incredibly cheap, but slightly...disappointing. It didn't come with fries, but rather tiny potato crunchy sticks (what are those even called so I bought chips too. The food from the lunch menu has been pretty nice though. Fresh and hot, and great value!"

"I had expected to try big ben or club colonial, but our guide has brought us here for lunch during a tour. it was a great place to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea view and the seafood. everything our group had was excellent. ceviche mixto, scallops parmesan and a corvina filet with garnelensoße. not sure how the other restos are, but we recommend them."

"My wife and I have been visiting Huanchaco and eating at Otra Cosa since 2009. It has always been a great place to eat at, relax at, and meet others. Berry and his wife, as well as sister-in-law Sondra, always make clean, safe, and fresh...veggie friendly food. Compared with the vegetarian offerings of other places, this is one of those places where you can eat all the greens and salads worry-free. The kitchen can take a little time to get you all the food, but each meal is prepared from scratch and well worth the wait."
