"The food, the service and the staff here are great. Go to the top of my list of restaurants. Always great and delicious. I like #12 my favorites. Vegetarian options: You have or change as you prefer. Childhood: Children are treated with kindness and respect. It always seems to be something special for the little ones. Chantanas goes beyond and beyond in hospitality and food service. Hard to find this lost art. Parking: Large open lot, shared with other companies. I always have a place. Sure."

"Ok usually every time I came to this place, it was always amazing that the employees always went beyond and beyond for us. But today after a long day, I wanted to get my Hubby out because we didn't have a date night in a while. We noticed the door closed tonight at 8:00. I guess when we got in, it was 4 minutes after 8, but the boys let us come in anyway. My Hubby ordered a steak chicken running something or something else. And I ordered a steak and bacon. We both wanted to roast double cheese and the works. I have two cookies and a drink. In any case, the sum came to 39.43. So let's go to our car. Do you have a bite or two of my usually delish sand that realize I had no cheese, Raw Speck, absolutely NO Veggies and my usually delish sandwich tasted like A! My Hubby said he was delicious, but noticed that he had no cheese and for me it seemed like his sandwich was double filled. I'm going to ASSUME, he had what should be in mine. Our meal was NOT worth the 40 I spent. Get it together night shift. Signed A Pied Off Customer! PS I think the picture will say all Ggrrrowl"

"We are locals and we have been coming here for years. We come here mostly in the summer for the outside patio and ambiance. The service is always very good and friendly staff.However, we were in tonight with our daughter from out of town. The food was simply not good! We just wanted appys so ordered wings and nachos. The wings looked and tasted like they were cooked hours before and reheated a time or two. The nachos came out burnt. The girl who brought them out we found out later was the supervisor. Really?!?! She said, " oh, I noticed they are burnt! Do you want them to be remade??? ". Ah yes please. 20 minutes later they came out and were horrible. A few burnt around the edges and I'm sure they shook the end of the bag out on the plate. Nothing but pieces and maybe a 1/4 cup of cheese. Very disappointing. We told our server, she said she would check with supervisor, (oh the one that brought them to our table)?? Supervisor said give them 15%off! Again, Really?!?!She didn't even come out to our table. When our server brought the bill we told her we were unhappy that she wouldn't come out. Embarrassed maybe??? Finally she showed her face at our table with apologies. In the end they gave us 50% off the nachos. Ok done. Let us out.Not the servers fault, but in discussing this with my husband we realized that for the past year or two the food has been declining in quality. But we like to sit outside. So we will go back but just drinks for us now. Too bad, such a nice place to sit and eat and visit."

"Over priced for what you get. I ordered street tacos and received mini kids size tortillas with a table spoon of meat on each. A tiny sauce container for $16 not worth itPlace is run down. Good in a pinch I guess, but will not be going back"
