"Extremely poor service. The Chinese order had extreme difficulty in taking 2 breakfast meal items. Never experienced difficulties like this before. Shift manager involved ...not a smooth transaction experience whatsoever! Will probably never use this drive-thru again!"

"Went just after lunch time. Kitchen was a mess every ware staff seamed all new and rather rude. Had to wait 15min for a very dried out chicken sandwich and hard cold fries."

"15 minute ticket time, 35 dollars for 5 burgers no combo's, food was tasty, had us park out front for 8 minutes. Forgot our waters but we carried on. Slow compared to Gordon Kelowna location. 2 star for the missed waiter and slow times."

"Normally I never leave reviews for 'fast food ' per se, but I had the most wonderful experience this morning in the drive through!!! The young gentleman that took my order was SO wonderful, I 'm a naturally chatty person so we had such a nice and short conversation while I was ordering, and then when I got to the window the older lady (I am SO sorry I never got your guys ' names! was literally the sweetest person I 've ever met in my life!!!!! If anyone reads this and knows who they are please give them a huge hug and a thank you for me!!! I ordered a grande oat apple crisp macchiato (not iced because it 's freezing hahahaha and a breakfast wrap! Thanks to those two for being such a wonderful start to my morning!!!"

"Food was good. whoever the drive through lady working at 2:00 pm March 16th was extremely rude to me, i paid half cash and debit and she rolled her eyes at me. i then asked for ketchup and she closed the door in my face. Good food, very rude service."

"I don’t normally leave reviews especially at a place like Tim Hortons, but I went through the drive thru and ordered a total of 2 hashbrowns among other things and only had 1 in the bag. We went back around and I popped inside to get the other thinking they would get me an extra one without issue like every other location since they are easy to forget. The one staff member insisted she gave me 3, which I only ever ordered 2 and received 1. Then another employee pulled up my receipt to show me that I only ordered one when I got a combo which includes one and ordered another separately as stated on the receipt. In the end they “bought me another one” and refused to admit to their mistake. I am glad they made it right, but it should have ever escalated in the first place."
