"Very small place, only sixteen chairs, not fast food, since every plate is individually prepared. The owner/cook has been in the business ten years, running his own place for five years, and it shows. The food is tasty and, if you sit at the high table near the counter, you can see into the kitchen and watch every step of preparation and cooking. The pasta/salad combo (50 pesos) was delicious and portions ample. The baguettes looked good and the calzone looked very, very, good. If you want wine with a meal you can bring your own and they will provide glasses. The staff are somewhat bilingual (English) and friendly. We'll go back for pizza. Prices are lower than the competition for similar fare at nearby Italian restaurants."

"Not impressed at all. This is the third time I visit this restaurant and just have given up, The only thing that I would recommend is their ice cream. Today, I had a bad experience with a waitress, totally discounting a piece of plastic that landed in my glass. He would not replace my soda, in fact he was upset that I even pointed out the problem. The cashier who said being in charge was very apologetic and in fact replaced my soda. View is good, I would recommend sitting outside rather than inside. Bathrooms are clean,mother hotel Catedral is very very nice. Have an ice cream, but nothing else."

"Great for a peaceful lunch or dinner, enjoying very good Mexican food. Dishes are tasteful, aesthetically presented and cooked with fresh and high quality ingredients that allow them to treat you with traditional Michoacan food. Our waitress was absolutely outstanding, adding to the pleasure of enjoying food in a lovely decorated setting in a colonial building, just a couple of blocks from Morelia’s city centre."

"Found this place via taxi and so glad we did! Best food ever. We shared entradas poor two de Oaxaca. Seriously wonderful and huge portion! Especially fond of the grasshoppers and cheese! Excellent tortillas and chicachrons. We will be back again soon"
