"I am not normally a fan of curry but I am already planning my next visit . Every dish our group shared had such unique flavours and were absolutely delicious . I would highly recommend making a reservation as even on a Monday evening at 7pm it was full . Service was first class and even our leftovers were packed up for us to be equally enjoyed by a family member at home ."

"Fabulous. Five star service and the food was amazing. Lovely to find a restaurant with such good food and great wine at a very fair price. The dishes were fresh and had a good twist on the normal menu. The king prawns in chilli were the best I’ve had. Great can do attitude amongst the staff. Not local but we will definitely go back."

"We honestly didn't know what we were doing. it was empty at our arrival (maybe because it was 6.20 clock.) and the music came from a bad loudspeaker (good music but.) we ordered enough for 4 people, even if we were 2 and it was honestly absolutely delicious, the mini-dosa masala as starter is simply unbelievable, and I would recommend the aubergine curry with the mushroom rice. all we have ordered was £29 overall (in london it would be easy £50/60.) pretty much half of their menu is vegan. and, only for the case, they can always say to the waiter that they are vegan, they will take care of them."

"Decided to eat here as a family today, great service, fantastic food with a good choice on the menu. We all had different meals but we all agreed the food was great. I recommend the lamb mint burger that was on the special board with chips for £9.95. The prices were fair when compared to other places to eat in Broadstairs. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5"

"Repeat customer when in the area on business. Hidden away in Minster, it perhaps doesn't get much passing traffic and relies on local repeat customers. It is the best in the area way better than other similar places in the big towns. Food decent quality and alway cooked fresh, on the spot, to order. Great staff friendly to everyone. I always go for chicken shish and hummus and it's always been excellent. If you're in the area this place can't be beaten."

"We first went to Turkvaz 2 or 3 years ago when they had an extensive Turkish menu and it was amazing. They then switched to mostly pizza and everything was still ok. Recently, Turkvaz has dived in every area of quality. We ordered two weeks ago with the intention of the food coming before we had to attend an event. The food took over an hour to arrive on a quiet evening as it took the driver 35 minutes to travel less than a mile. Why? Because the old man in the blue Fiat 500 delivering drove up and down our road for 15/20 minutes looking for our house whilst driving up the kerb as he was on his phone using maps. I wouldn’t mind but it’s a perfectly normal, wide road and only has 6 houses!! Food was late, cold and not that nice, so that was a waste of £25 as it went straight in the bin and we had to leave. Fast forward to last night, nice family takeaway completely ruined by the food. We thought we’d give Turkvaz the benefit of the doubt as we have all eaten here before. It all just tasted bland like paper. The grease on everything was disgusting, the doner meat wasn’t fit for human consumption and the pizza (which they specialise in) was a box full of bland grease. No one felt particularly well after eating here. They also missed out the pitta. This is a fair review as we’ve all eaten here many times and can see the quality going down the toilet. Big improvements need to be made and we won’t be returning."
