"We were in town in our way to Chichen Itza. We rented a car, so we were on our own schedule. We originally planned to go to another restaurant, but the line was too long so we stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised!...We sat outside under the trees adjacent to the church and enjoyed the ambiance. We ordered the fresh guacamole to start age a bottle of red wine. For lunch we ordered the Queso Relleno, Lomitas de Valladolid and the Vegetarian Fajitas. The guacamole was fresh and made to order at the table. The warm corn tortillas served with all the dishes were hand made by a woman in the courtyard! Everything was fresh and delicious! So much so, that we ordered dessert. The Brownie soaked in Mexican liqueur and a caramel crepe. Both desserts were exquisite. We have eaten at restaurants all over the world and this made it on our top list! Don't miss this place when you are in Valladolid!"

"This is a great place right on the main square, with nice breezes or fans on very hot days. The beer comes very cold with chilled glasses, the waiters are attentive and friendly and the food is good, not expensive and the portions are large."

"We found this little gem on our way to the ADO bus station. If we'd found it sooner we would have spent more time there! Located on the shady side of a tiny plaza, it's the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or meal and watch the world go by. Amazing veggie burger loaded with greens, freshly made smoothies, and incredible value. Lots of vegetarian options and a few traditional Yucatecan dishes. The service was great, our server attentive and friendly. Jessie O (previous reviewer) must have been there on a bad day because our experience couldn't have been better. Highly recommended."

"We were guests at the hotel so breakfast was included. Unfortunately the service was a little slow and I found myself having to ask for basic things like cutlery, sugar, juice. Whilst breakfast was average, lunch and dinner was really very good and the service...was much improved. With the exception of the vegetarian curry watery and tasteless) everything was delicious, especially the steak and their homemade humous."
