"This neighborhood gelateria came recommended by friends with a Florentine connection, and it was worth the trip to enjoy some distinctive flavors not available at many of the center city gelaterias, e.g., chocolate orange. The service was good, and it was fun to see Italian families coming and going rather than the steady stream of tourists you see at the more central establishments."

"The Gelato was really good. The employees were acceptable, but limited in English. If you don't speak Italian you are left with just pointing to things. When we were there the store is very busy and crowded. You are likely to get a bit jostled around. We had the Chocolate and the caramel. Both were excellent. Nice flavor. Creamy texture. A good choice."
