"This place has gone way downhill. Slow service, burnt tasting coffee, the manager has a bad attitude and weak customer service. Won't be going back anymore. To your response: you didn't address the poor customer service, and bad attitude of the manager. I understand that orders might take longer and that is easily forgivable, a poor response from the manager is not. She is setting the tone for the rest of your staff and how your business treats customers with complaints."

"Food is Amazing/ BIG? You will get a lot for you menu!! And if you are getting pancakes ? make sure to get the coconut syrup it?s ON Point with the local favorite of Hawaii. And the server are AMAZING as well!! They made the whole experience worth making a review and make me wanted to come back.. "Stopped in for breakfast and there was no line! Wasn’t a big fan of the fried chicken waffle, it was a bit oily. But my husband really enjoyed the coconut grill breakfast! Be sure to try the banana bread it’s delish!! They bring it with all orders!"

"I admit that my family are vegan ice creams and have been happy enough to enjoy vegan ice cream in many different parts of the world. berlin is probably the best vegan ice town in the world due to the large number of places that sell vegan ice, high quality and low prices. nicoco was able to compete with any vegan ice cream community we've ever had, and would give the berlin vegan ice scene a stiff competition. for $5 we got the little cup that was actually a very generous portion and allowed us to taste two aromes. first cup: chocolate and strawberry. second cup: macnutella and lillikoi/lemongrass. all four flavors were incredibly good, and while the basic cocose is, there was no strong coconut-y taste, as it can sometimes happen with coconut-based vegan ice creams. only regret is not enough time to return the next day for more!"

"This place had several awards listed up front and online Yelp checkin! We choose this place at random, as we were trying to line things up on our last day. They were crazy busy a line outside, full tables inside, but with our waitress you wouldn 't have known it. She was fast and attentive, keeping our coffees full and making sure we were taken care of. I feel this place is riding a bit on the older hype the food was just good not great. I wasn 't wowed. The Korean chicken was a little dry/over cooked, and the loco moco had the same issue ordered medium but it too was a bit dry and overcooked. The Mac salad reminds me of the tuna noodle salad my mom used to make, and was so damn simple and delicious, I could 've eaten a bowl full of it. So while not the best we encountered, it *is* good food if you 're hungry and in the area."
