"I have been to this dinner on a number of occasions in the past, however not in the last months, so Visit was for adults and children on a Friday evening, I was extremely disappointed with the experience, as we were shown...to our seating area, the tables of very dirty and the seals of the table was coming off, we asked the waiter to clean the table, he did but the whole place just felt very grubby and run down, as I went to place my order at the counter, the waitress didn’t seem to be bothered, she kept talking to her colleagues whilst taking my order, seemed like she was doing me a favour. Food was ok, not as great as I remember it used to be, I recall meeting the owner of the place in the restaurant a few years back and he was really nice, i wonder if he knows how bad the standards have slipped with the staff he has left in charge, overall the service was really poor especially the staff on the counter, the whole place needs a deep clean and a tidy up."

"I went there for desserts as I just get the feel from looking at the restaurant is that served hot food as well. First impressions were as if this was a desserts only shop. So I decided to get my favourite falooda and I also ended up ordering 3 way jilani dessert Ferraro rocher it consisted of 1 ice cream scoop, a slice of cake and mousse. If I'm being brutally honest, I am not ever going to order any of the dishes above. But the staff was great, place was clean, tidy and comfy. I'd also say that this place is great value for money the portion sizes are massive. I'm willing to try them again as they have a great variety of food and desserts."

"We waited a ridiculous amount of time for food that is simple to do. The service was appalling, when I asked about food the customer interaction was poor and when bought to the table, the tray was virtually thrown on the table by the gentleman who bought it. One of the burgers was cold and had to be sent back. Once the food arrived that I ate was really nice but not worth the wait and the shocking way the staff handled it. Not sure I will revisit in a hurry"

"My friend and I went late last week to lunch. a healthy place in the northern quarter, which is quite practical for vegetarian, vegan and keto diets, not true? they choose what they want in their box and pay for the size of the box, although they also offer burger and wrap menus. we were very satisfied with the quality and quantity of our meal times. it was quiet, cheap and the staff was friendly. if they suffer from allergies, they take care of the sauces. they will tell them everything they need to know."
