"Actual rating 2.5/5. I and my gf were rather excited to come try this contemporary Italian style restaurant as they are newly opened and original from Taiwan. Well, the truth is, upon being seated & the server mentioned there's a 90 minute time limit and the minimum order of one drink per person (we intended to have meals anyway), we both feel not so welcomed and have NO desire to return regardless of the fancy decor, the sweet service and the nice presentation...Feedback questionnaire was given out prior to the bill, apparently DC is keen on customer ratings to improve their food/ service quality. But with this "Stupid" policy, we will just go eat somewhere else next time! Our first visit will also be our last time here, Chao!PS, Total time we stay is 52 minutes includes taking the food porn photos."

"Originated in Taipei, several years later, Dazzling came to Vancouver to present its famous sweet toast. We had the Mont Blanc chestnut toast (limited in Vancouver) and we are not disappointed! Although the vanilla ice-cream is a bit too sweet, the cream, the chestnut flavour is very good. Their dinner menu is also impressive. We had mintako pasta and mushroom pizza. They are all very tasty and the flavour is right on the spot. I like it! The tea is more on the sweet side. May request less sweet next time."

"This restaurant is located in the food court at Lansdowne Centre.We arrived after 12:15 PM on this Monday afternoon and the food court was busy but there wasn’t any problems finding seating.This outlet was busy with a steady flow of customers. On previous occasions I’ve been at this restaurant, there was always a line up of people waiting for their orders.I ordered the lunch special – 2 meats, 2 vegetables, rice or noodles with the house sauce and a soft drink for $6.25 plus taxes.You pick your proteins, vegetables and starch and the food is cooked for you.You also pick your choice of sauces including the house, soy, curry and black bean sauce.I had chicken and beef with onions and green peppers plus chow mein noodles. Taste-wise, the dish is okay with nothing to rave about but it is a large portion; lots of noodles with an average amount of sliced beef and chicken. As for the house sauce, nothing special and the dish could have used a bit more seasoning. For the price paid, in my opinion, it is good value.Overall, I would rate the food as average - 3 out of 5.Notes and Tips:• Ask for “take-out” just in case you can’t finish your meal and want to take leftovers home.• Accepts credit cards• Lots of food court seating• Lots of parking• Use Toys-R-Us entrance to access food court• We’ve eaten at 3 other locations in the food court – Bubble Waffle, R & H and Villa Vietnamese. "With Megan as our waitress, the evening was wonderful. Our table was situated at a nicely secluded section of the restaurant, allowing for a desirable intimate setting for a small group. Great bite size apps and reasonably priced mains for the quality. Would go back!"
