"I ordered a chicken and cheese omlete, with a side of sausage patties and a waffle. When I got home to my destination I did not get my Sausage Patty or my waffle that I paid for. The restaurant was Understaffed and there was a lot of customers inside, thus the reason why my order may have been made improperly."

"Came here a week and a half ago around 5 am and was told they weren 't serving anyone because the grill was down....we just wanted waffles...Came this morning at 4:45 am to find a To-Go Only sign on the door. The staff was friendly and food was good but we were disappointed because we wanted to sit and kill time."

"I want to give this place a five star to help this mom and pop, but the experience I had the other day was really disappointing and I hope management does something to grow in business for the future.1. The ice cream I had was one of the worst ice creams I’ve had in a while…like really bad. The texture was grainy and as you bite into the ice cream you can feel/hear the crunch from the ice that formed around it showing that it’s old ice cream. Not sure if it’s a problem with their freezer or they really are serving old ice cream from lack of business.2. My friend ordered boba and you can hear them using a microwave in the back to reheat the boba balls that have gone stale…I get that business is slow but boba places usually remake boba every 4 hours. I get that we came in an hour before closing but in business consistency is extremely important in maintaining customer satisfaction.There’s a lot of competition around this area for desserts and a cafe atmosphere…I don’t see how much longer this place can last with more and more competition coming into the area. Customers are extremely simple…if the place/experience is good, we’ll come again. If not we won’t. I really hope for the best for this place!"

"This place is so beautiful to study! I was able to achieve so much and not leave the train too soon when I studied here - the dimmed lights help definitiw! the only thing that I don't like is how overpriced you eat is – a sandwich costs almost $14, but it was good, there heck tho coffee / latte on the other side is bangen and much better than dieucks and is actually quite expensive, even if they are their milk for non-dairy. this place got me through final so I am super grateful for it "

"This is pretty interesting. They serve many cafe favourites such as various coffee drinks, bingsu, cakes but also savoury dishes such as katsu and hamburgers.The only gripe I have is that every time I’ve been here, they’ve never had the purple sweet potato ice cream!"

"Had the frozen jug with a waffle cone. Delicious. It was pretty thick and creamy. I know my soft portion and it was a great one. Children had Reese mudlide it was also good. Not yet convinced to try the ice, but maybe sometime."

"Great edition to the suwanee/sugar hill area. Are they perfect? No. They sometimes run out of a few ingredients but with supply shortages I understand. They always have alternatives and a smile. We have tried many different flavors, all have been good. Their tapioca is also good quality. Our latest new fav flavor is the honey few smoothie with lychee and coconut jelly. So tasty"
