"Five of us visited for a “ladies that lunch” treat on a Monday at 2.00 pm. It’s spacious, light and airy, with modern, classy decor. We chose a table by the side window, and then went to look at the large variety of gelato (ice cream), and the rows of yummy looking cakes and desserts in the glass counter. After studying the vast menu, decided on waffles, crepes and milkshakes (see photo's). Mmmm.....! We gave our orders to the lovely Sogand, who then set to work creating our culinary creations! Looking around, we saw a fun children’s corner, and a wall of flowers with mirrors, lovely for photo's. The wash rooms are immaculate with a baby changing room too. There are even child’s toilet seats that can be pulled down on the ladies toilets! We all had a lovely hour or so enjoying good food in this friendly, classy establishment, and I would highly recommend trying it. Because it’s situated at the top of Picton Arcade, I think not everyone realises it’s there. We only found it by accident. So glad we did though!"

"We’ve frequented their Morfa Park Swansea site prior to watching the Swans play and used their outside canopy to have a drink before the game. Last week we were paying £3.00 a can for either Carling or Strongbow. Today it has been hiked to £4.00. Won’t be using them again, and looking at the numbers there today compared with a few weeks ago, we won’t be the only ones that feel this way!!"

"Fantastic service and a great place for dessert for lunch. The store hadn't had their delivery, so limited ice cream options (sign on window before entering was a nice touch however vast array of dishes on menu were still available. Ordered a platter for one (yes, eyes bigger than my belly and a choc chip cookie dough. Honestly could not finish them between 2 of us, the portion size was huge! Did run out of brownie pieces for our platter after ordering, however a staff member popped over and explained straight away. Chose another topping and bless them they gave us another portion as an apology. Great value, great service, will definitely return"
