"Husband and I wanted to try out a new place tonight, because when we go out, we always go to the same places... to start, we were quickly greeted at the door, and our waitress was very nice and on everything. Place was very well decorated and felt secret. Menu was hard to choose because everything was delicious. We sat at a table where you could see directly in the kitchen. I ordered the meat loaf dinner, man got the chicken BBQ dinner and we also shared a bowl of Mac and cheese. When we waited for our food, we realized that everything they served went into the microwave. His whole chicken leg area, salt potatoes, my meat pig, even the Mac and cheese went into the microwave FROM FROZEN! (We only knew it was frozen because the guys said to clean up the food, the waitress will take it longer because it was frozen) what the bottom of the bowl caused to cook the Mac and cheese hard and not edible. It was also dry and not cheesy enough. People in the kitchen also played according to music, which was not very pleasant. The prices were for the quality of the food, but for the portions right. I wanted to make a star, but the waitress was really nice. I personally will not go any more because I have never been anywhere where ALL food goes into the microwave, especially the main part of your dish including a whole chicken leg area."

"We were coming through Waterloo, Iowa from St. Louis and pulled this restaurant up based off of the Google reviews. Rodney did not disappoint! We got Catfish, dinner, which included fried okra, greens, cornbread, and french fries. The portion sizes were hefty. Also, since it was Sunday, he was offering free beer, and or daiquiri. Which also included a free meal for the children. You can’t go wrong with this experience. Keep it up my Brotha! Kid-friendliness: The kid’s eat free chicken, tender strips, and fries."

"Went here on a Sunday morning, they seemed to be having some staffing problems. Sign said to seat yourself, and there were empty tables, but they were all dirty with dishes. We waited 15 minutes (along with several others) and the servers said they'd cometo clean the tables but they never did. Two seated groups got up and left while we were there as they hadn't been served, thesecond group said they'd been seated for half an hour and still hadn't been served, so we left at that point too. I'm sure atother times this place would be cute, if they had the staffing for it."

"Long story short, it was unexceptional. Although practically empty on a Saturday night, it took forever for someone to finally show up to take our order. No cordiality at all, server delivered our drinks and then we didn't see him again until my wife went to look for him so we could get our tab and go to our Delta room. We felt like the employees didn't want to be there, which made us not want to stay either."
