"The Olive Tree Brasserie in Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire is a great find. There is seating outside but being dark, cold and wet we decided to sit inside. It's a small intimate place which was a little noisy as a result but don't let this put you off. The food is fantastic that is presented with a certain flair. The service was good. If you live in the area or are visiting then be sure to book your table and sample"

"Popped in for lunch with wife and daughter. my choice was a bowl of soup and was i disappointed ??? You 'd better believe i was !!!!! Soup arrived and was COLD, was returned and was told that someone had turned urn off and fresh soup would be served when it was warm. so far so good you would think..never . the soup when it came was at best TEPID , but to be told when it was brought to table that i should enjoy it now it was warm... terrible"

"What an excellent cafe, it was raining and we called in for lunch with our chihuahua, and we got her a sausage to eat and the young girl cut it up for her and put it in a bowl for and also gave her a bowl of water, Great service, Thank you, from myself and from Duchess."

"We stayed nearby and a staff member recommended it to us for good food. Don’t be put off by the look of the place as it is very clean inside and the food is lovely. We had breakfast there two days running and both times we enjoyed it. Staff were pleasant. try a scone their tasty!"

"Not even sure how to start this. I have shopped in Debenhams so many times I have lost count from make up, lingerie, swimwear for holidays to handbags footwear. Never have I ever been so insulted, discriminated against as I was today. I should...of asked the lady’s name looking back but I was so insulted upset being treated in that manner after I realised what was happening I couldn’t even think straight. After picking up a fragrance I loved, placing it in a basket to head downstairs to women’s wear to find my mother my daughter I was followed, stalked almost by a lady from fragrance with dark hair, glasses, slim build. Creepy almost, without a word spoken down the elevator a lot of steps behind me, i was literally followed down then asked if I ‘would like the perfume left behind the counter’ that I was intending on buying for myself. I was absolutely horrified. Singled out. Made to feel like a common thief. Maybe I wasn’t dressed correctly wearing lounge wear. I made sure to tell the lady in question later on after agreeing finding her in the fragrance department explaining how very upset I was in regards to her behaviour that she had lost a sale treating me that way. Absolutely horrific experience will certainly NOT be shopping here again. Not to mention making my experience amongst friends very well discussed. That lady needs some bloody advice in customer relations."

"A great place and excellent staff. also open in this crazy March weather to let them the fun of the pier and to be blown a sunbed area also in blue weather, it was still worth a visit, the theatre was not open, but it is also a great place that sits with original and sammle features. the pianist was on the pier that plays in the bar very nice. oh and the prices are also reasonable on everything and the pier has lots of toilets also for the case. the place on the pier named carousel bar is today open on 8 March 19 definitiw, we enjoy a drink here at 12 o'clock."

"Visited Maddison’s after a nice walk along the final ball. such a warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff was very attentive and eating was delicious. the caffe was busy, but we didn't wait too long for our food. we will definitely come back!"

"Ridiculous prices, we ordered a choc cake, beans on toast (cheapest bread), bacon and egg roll, tea, x2 coffee and a hot chocolate...hardly any change from £40 ! If the food tasted good you wouldnt mind but it literally is basic bog standard. They do not take cash (wonder why) either and cash machine outside the building takes £1.99 per transaction. Maybe ideal for a dog but I certainly wont be back"

"The woman who always staring outside from behind the counter very rude and shouting wha ya want no menus available and the sign is blurred. food very greasy i don not recommend, nor will i visit again. This place might have been ok 20 years ago but not by todays standards."

"Visited here yesterday as unable to find restaurant we had booked they had two and we arrived at wrong one.as we were seeing a show just next door opera house at first a bit dissapointed as very stark but the young waiter enthusiastic about the history of the building obviously proud of the pkace. unusual )we ordered smothered chicken and a glass of red wine i can honestly say it was the best I've ever been served and wine was delicious also.it was hot and very well cooked this was about six in the evening. And the prices were very reasonable. We had a great meal thank you"
