what an amazing place. the walk from the beach to the main doors is amazing, each step exciting. if they have never been, they will be surprised by the size of the building, the famous statue, the huge Galeon bar, the restaurants and of course the opernhaus. you don't have to go far from here to have a great time. when they see a show here, they will love it. the theater is massive, seats are quite steep and it is a... popped in for lunch with wife and daughter. my choice was a bowl of soup and was i disappointed ??? You 'd better believe i was !!!!! Soup arrived and was COLD, was returned and was told that someone had turned urn off and fresh soup would be served when it was warm. so far so good you would think..never . the soup when it came was at best TEPID , but to be told when it was brought to table that i should enjoy it now...
