"New to DC and came her by accident. BOY oh BOY!! Ophelia's FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! Caroline was kind and explained the happy hour menu, and the food/wine quality and prices were superb! "My family arrived late to the hotel one evening, we were all famished after our long trip into the city. Our waiter and the kitchen stayed open a bit after last call for our family to get something to eat. We were very grateful.The waiter was very kind during the evening given the late hour and requests fun the kids.To top things off, we had great food! The Caesar salad was prepared with the perfect amount of Parmesan (a lot ? . My burger was prepared medium rare perfectly. The kids both loved their grilled chicken meals as well.Very thankful to the team!"

"We loved it! We tried it on a whim and were so pleasantly surprised. Papusas and fried plantains were delicious and it's all dirt cheap. Will definitely be coming back."

"No issues when we stayed. Everyone was super polite. Definitely do wish rooms were a bit larger for the goong rate but hey, what can we do. Prime location close to everything we wanted to explore.Walkability: Prime location to places such as Lincoln Memorial, African American Museum, etc."

"Great stay and wonderful check in process. We were greeted by Tyeesha, Carla, and Key who were super friendly and welcoming. Hotel is great and located in a nice part of the city. Rooms are spacious and nice. Will be back!"

"Defiantly the best fish market in DC, and probably the only fish market. Really great selection of fish and shellfish. They accept credit cards and work late, up to 8pm on summer.Also you can get a fresh seafood as crab legs and clam chowder at the other side. Funny thing, the market goes up and down depending the water level in the river."

"An overall great experience with great food. It seems like a place that would be lots of fun to go to with a group for dinner. There is a platform with a keyboard so perhaps there are performers. Otherwise, the service was fantastic as my server was friendly and helpful. Food also came out promptly but my smoky margarita took a while (but it was quite good). Unfortunately, they were out of their house-made spicy marg mix which I was looking forward to for Happy Hour. Regardless, the mushroom taco was an easy 4.5/5 while the cauliflower taco was a 4/5. The chili was great it was a solid 4.7/5. Definitely worth the visit and bring a group for Happy Hour/dinner for the best experience (I’d assume)."

"It is not the best sushi I've ever had, but it's fast sushi, and some menu items are actually quite good, mostly the seasoned nigiri. Everything is handled by a touch screen system. The delivery times on food orders are much longer than they claim, so plan your appetite accordingly. When you do need a server, be warned that service is weak. It'll take a while, and they'll forget things, e.g. they'll bring you sake with no cup. There is also no Wasabi. If you ask for it, it will be brought, and it is needed. See above about service. Ask early. Overall, I was hungry for sushi and a fast lunch, and this worked to scratch that itch, but I would not recommend it as a destination."
