I would say this hotel has the perfect location and their interior is really nice but their rooms are a bit small (not like the pictures shown on booking websites). Room service is upon request. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours very easily. We got a good deal on this hotel, otherwise it would have been overpriced. (Also, the elevators are small and slow). I’m sorry but this is a 3 star hotel at best being marketed as 4 or 4.5 stars. My room was small and the ceilings are low. The lobby has a serious mosquitos problem as well. The mattress was hard. No view either. My stay was okay overall but be more honest about the start ratings online. Nothing “royal” about this place at all. View all feedback.
