"This is a fast food take-out or sit down franchise located in one of the ENROUTE Service Centres located along Highway 401. This particular location is in the Cambridge Service Centre.We went in thinking about a hamburger and fries at an adjacent outlet. There was quite a lineup at the burger counter but only one in line at Teriyaki Experience. After looking at the description of the "Vedge Bowl" for $7.99 we thought that this was a very nutritious choice for lunch. Mdhasan the proprietor explained the freshness and quality of the plethora of vegetables: broccoli chunks, carrot slices, onion, edame beans, and several others. These were cooked in front of us and then placed on a bed of quinoa and other tasty grains. Our topping was sweet chili.It was a very tasty experience for sure! Highly recommended for great nutritional value and absence of saturated fat and so on.There were several other varieties of dishes on the menu too.Next time I go, I will ask the vegetables to be sautéed a little longer to soften up the vegetables a little more. My wife told me hers was just fine. She prefers food cooked in the French fashion, not the English fashion."

"Today was my second visit to Zen Garden. Both visits have been for lunch (my first visit was in January).As this is a vegetarian restaurant, I have tried my favourite 'meat items' with replacement veg-ingredients (to give myself a fair comparison to things I know and love).At Zen Garden, meat is basically changed out of dishes for things like seitan (wheat-meat made from gluten flour), tofu and mushroom.Both times I have found the actual vegetable content of dishes to be a bit sparse. And, as with most Asian restaurant food, it was salty (but no more than any other place).The server working there today explained the owner was on holidays and they were just helping out in the mean time. I'm not sure the temporary staff are super confident in what they are doing and the regular menu I remember from my first visit was vastly reduced...hopefully it will be back to normal when the owner is back.They offer pretty well everything on the menu for sale from the freezer in the shop.I don't think I will likely be returning anytime soon. It was OK but nothing outstanding. I would have hoped for less pre-packaged stuff and more fresh vegetables. I guess vegetarian does not necessarily equal healthy...They have a small off-street parking lot, the washrooms are clean. It really is an OK place, no complaints, just nothing special."

"I have tried a number of our local Cambridge Indian food restaurants. This establishment is clearly head and shoulders above the rest. The food is very tasty, plentiful, and very well presented.The staff is efficient, courteous, informative, and pleasant. The ambience is typical Indian. The wine selection is small but not overpriced."

"What can I say other than our ham was awesome. Every one said it was the best ham they had ever had. We had an 8 lb ham and cooked it for about 75 min. Their instructions were a little off saying 5 min per lb which would have left us with a cold ham. Would highly recommend. Worth the price!!"

"Came for breakfast. Thier prices are amazing, staff is friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. Had an option to have fried onions and potatoes instead of fries and it was a much better option, so good! Will be returning for breakfast more often!"

"I was here for the first time recently. I sat in Brenda's section. She was the best server I've ever had in my life. The food was good, but my service was definitely what will bring me back. It's a shame because I saw another server screaming rudely and on other servers before people. I don't know what the other girls were problem and I'm glad I wasn't in their section. But anyway, when I come back, I'll ask if Brenda works!"
