"Really like this shop for outdoor equipment! They have a huge range of excellent products that will help you on the trails, hikes, water.... one of the greatest details in this shop is that they have a rock area attached to their shoe area. This means you can test out your new hiking boots before purchasing! Amazing initiative and very useful. I would like the shop to take in more vegan friendly products."

"A good choice from the menu. Everything tasted very fresh and very well presented. Large proportions and really tasty. It was a Monday night and we were in quite late so the restaurant was quite quiet but it suited us."

"As recommended by an evaluation I had read, I asked a room with garden view that we had in the newer building next to the original house. the intention was in order, but we may have preferred to stay in the original house as it is the main reason why we have booked here. the room was clean and very spacious. the matratze was comfortable. I don't know if the original house had been of the same size and comfort. the breakfast was great. are looking forward to a free yogurt parfait, a mini croissant and heel coat. the personal was wonderful! we had dinner last night in the hotel when a band played. that was okay. it was more expensive than the restaurants we were in the last two nights in the city and not so good. the restaurant was closed in the first two nights that we were there because of the personal lack. the location is outside the lively city that was also beautiful. we drove to the city during the day and paid parking, but it is also walkable (about 30 minutes.)"

"Wonderful place to spend many hours. Food great as well at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking, although able visitors abuse the disabled places, I witness , on my visit two thirds were taken by vehicles not displaying the disabled badge. Disgraceful."

"I had lunch here today with my parents and son and we were welcomed by the chef and he was super friendly. He was run off his feet on his own in the kitchen today and lots of people to cook for! Lots of pressure but he was a superstar and our food was very tasty and worth the wait! Well done today chef!!"

"Staff managed to accommodate our table of four without a booking, which was very much appreciated as they were rather busy. There is an excellent varied menu that won't dent your wallet too badly either. It's a lovely little place, unfortunately surrounded by chain hotels these days (I remember it as the old Coach House Inn but we would definitely recommend The Snow Goose to anyone interested in good hearty food that's a level above more simple pub grub."
