"Hands down best Chinese food in much of the state. I don't live in Lowell anymore and have had very bad luck finding food as good as here. My husband and I still come for dine in or take out every couple months when visiting family. For dine in the presentation is spectacular..... you MUST try chicken teriyaki... huge and extremely tasty. Say hi to Dana and Kevin and their beautiful girls!!"

"I can't say enough about this place. The overall vibe from both staff and the regulars is warm and welcome. The food is is quite good and, with the seasonal menu, there's enough to keep your interest. The drink menu isn't spectacular but it will more than meet your needs. The best part is the staff, by a million. They are hard working and genuine. Order a complex contail during peak hours? They will push politely and explain the time crunch and then circle back later and offer to make it. This is exactly the type of atmosphere everyone should expect of their Local. Chatty regulars, hard working staff, off the beaten path menu and a friendly vibe. Bravo, Fuse Bistro. Bravo."

"The absolute worst. Some associates are nice but many make you feel like you're bothering them when you order. And literally every single time I order something they don't have it. Last time I went they just didn't have Frappuccinos... of any kind. And they seemed to be so irritated that I even attempted to order one in the first place. I'm not sure who manages this location, but the staff might want to be less rude and maybe fire whoever is in charge of ordering supplies."
