I can't say enough about this place. The overall vibe from both staff and the regulars is warm and welcome. The food is is quite good and, with the seasonal menu, there's enough to keep your interest. The drink menu isn't spectacular but it will more than meet your needs. What austin r doesn't like about Fuse Bistro:
Kind of disappointing experience. Came in with some friends to grab dinner before a show. Started good, appetizer’s and drinks were fantastic. Dinner was rocky, waitress disappeared the food took forever, then some of the items were over cooked or undercooked and sweet potato fries tasted rancid. When the waitress finally appeared we got out bill and left as we were going to to be late. Wouldn’t go back. View all feedback.
