"The Pagoda sits on the edge of the Elizabeth River, not to far from Town Point Park. Very small Japanese garden with exotic plants and a couple fountains. The park is opened from sunrise till sunset. The Pagoda was closed when I visited. I assume it's a small restaurant open to the public. If you bring your own food, there's tables outside to sit and enjoy. The pond was covered in nets and flags and there was no sign of Koi in the pond, so I'm guessing there's a predator. You can see everything here in five minutes. There are benches around for relaxing. You can also stroll along the edge of the Elizabeth River. This park is squeezed between residential areas. There's parking on one side of the park and residential street parking near."

"Our favorite Surf Rider! We've tried about half the items on the menu so far and everything has been delicious. Favorite food menu items include the hamburgers, chicken fingers, fish and chips, peel and eat shrimp, shrimp po' boy, and shrimp alfredo. The mango colada, rum runner, mango margarita, and mojitos are very tasty! Their homemade desserts are killer too (coffee mudpie and blueberry pie in particular)!"

"They did an amazing job from the beginning to the end. They helped with the meal planning, purchased everything needed for the meal, executed the meal on time (tasted delicious) and cleaned up everything. I am looking forward to using them again."

"A super tiny fantastic coffee shop. It has a stellar location in the Dominion Tower, right on the water. Step outside for a great view of the shipyard and walking paths. My latte was great, and their menu was surprisingly large and smelled great. The owner is the 5th owner, working for the past owner, who worked for the previous owner a cool setup. If your in Norfolk looking for a cool splash of history and a good cup O' Joe, this is your spot."

"Sad to say ,I?m HIGHLY disappointed . I ordered oxtails ,mac cheese, cabbage. What I received was trash .My whole plate taste like sugar vinegar .The Mac cheese looks like goulash .I NEVER asked for fake gravy sauce on my Mac cheese . It?s disgusting don?t waste your money . Maybe; it was just a bad day but today was my first and last time visiting this location . Also the brown skinned dude with the hair cut and low beard was rude."

"Oh my goodness! I can say the wings are delicious and the fries are amazing! I ordered a Reuben and it exceeded my expectations in taste, time, presentation, and it was served warm and toasty! The House Ranch is amazing! My service was nice and patient. The ambiance is lovely and well lit. It is very clean inside the building too. The portion size was so much I always have to take food home. I will be back again!"
