The Pagoda Oriental Garden - Nob

What John Hannan doesn't like about The Pagoda Oriental Garden:
The Pagoda sits on the edge of the Elizabeth River, not to far from Town Point Park. Very small Japanese garden with exotic plants and a couple fountains. The park is opened from sunrise till sunset. The Pagoda was closed when I visited. I assume it's a small restaurant open to the public. If you bring your own food, there's tables outside to sit and enjoy.
