"Great. Im picky. Ex-barrista. Ex Seattle-ite. GF except for my 1 a year choco. Croissant. Excellent combo or pastry, authentic choc. Oaxaceño calient and a cup of slow filtered cup brew. Perfectly small, unpretentious, and friendly. Good lighting for book reading (a selection to choose from in house as well. Its not trying too hard. I look specifically for these types of places to take a break from my travel hubby. Must come if you'd like to try a handful or coffe/hot chocolate places during your trip. Coffee not bitter. They have OAT milk! Salud!"

"We stayed in Oaxaca for five weeks and discovered this place within the last week or so and ended up coming back multiple times. Such affordable, delicious food and drink and the service was amazing. "Our favorite dining experience in Oaxaca and we had many of them. This is the full package superb food, service, styling, and ambiance. We savored our meal slowly over two and a half hours and our waiter, Jonathan, couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We especially enjoyed the five mole appetizer almost a meal in itself. Drinks were very good as well. If you arrive early, see if you can grab a drink in Selva the sister bar just above Los Danzantes. Oh and four drinks, three courses (shared) for about $75."

"This is a sweet little place with seating for around 20. An americano is one dollar, a to die for little pastry about 40 cents US. An iced cappuccino, just shy of $2 US even comes with an eco friendly metal straw. The friendly barista...will give you a small straw plate. Use the tongs to select your favorite from the tempting central table. And enjoy!"

"I went Friday night on 10 January 2020. I doubt there are many lessons as all salsa can dance well. I was alone and I'm old. It was certain I sat best chair to see and dance the band. The table was reserved, but for buying a beer and a tip I sat there three hours 10 pm to 1 pm. I can dance salsa so that the young geese hang with me until they found a man interested. I recommend it for Salsa in Oaxaca."
