"This sits along the Willamette river and has a nice view when eating on the outside balcony. The staff has always been polite and engaging. The food is good and prices are reasonable. I have visited multiple times over several years and it's consistently good."

"A little disappointed. I ordered an avocado bagel and a mocha. They gave me a number so I went to sit down. Someone later delivered my bagel but kept waiting on my coffee. After 30 minutes, No one told me I had to get up to pick up the coffee at the counter. The avocado spread is a previously frozen avocado spread on a bagel that was cold and hardly toasted."
