"In recent years we have been a guest at the Waldcafe. Our experiences have always been very positive. I was amazed at the very different reviews, among which there are also some correct flops. Today we had the opportunity to convince ourselves of the outstanding quality of the Waldcafe team. It has written a lot about the ambience I have nothing to add to. A stylish ambience, an excellent view, only worth a visit Our table was assigned to a personal service employee of Anfag. And I'll be right back at the beginning that we couldn't get to know him better. Already at the champagne reception he showed himself very attentive, filled the half empty glasses as needed, had always a nice set on the lips without being plump or intrusive. The children from our group were led by him to the kitchen door to present their food wishes personally, as a four-course menu was planned for adults. He was always present during feeding: The handle to the mineral water bottle could never be completely executed; he was always in place and gave a cheerful smile. Roberto also has a really subtle humor and was happy to have a short chatter, but at least he did not neglect his task. Rare I have given for a service as much as the full 5 stars The food Our menu is as follows: Crêpes Roulade with pickled salmon on Red Beet Carpaccio and fine salad with Dill and Gurke Cremige Spinach soup with Perlhuhn breastplates and Speck Chip Fried Kalbsenkesteak with Estragon jus on seasonal potato I really did not find anything The red beet lay under the roulettes in thin slices, was only slightly sour and therefore tastefully perfect for the salmon. A spinach soup would actually be boring, but it just came through the beads-huhn slices of the wonderful piff, and the bacon chip was then for the eye and really delicious. But the hammer was the calf surrounded by a wonderful donkey. Of course, the sauce was cooked from the calf bones, marvellously refined with the intense estragon, and precisely for this the cook belongs to a thick praise: perfect tasteful tuning. The mousse that was then served was in nothing for the other dishes. Only the apple ragout could have been refined with some cinnamon or the like. However, this cannot lead to a depreciation in such a menu. All the festivals were thrilled with this food. Perfect! The ambience of the Gediegene interior, stylish and perfectly decorated. The outdoor area with the most beautiful views of Reutlingen and Pfullingen. All right. And then there are some steps under the Fritz, the beer garden of the restaurant; the same large view and a very cozy furnishings. Perfect! Cleanliness Everything works very clean; the toilets also look very well maintained, and some burning candles on the sink allow a kind of cosiness to arise in the toilet area"
