Contribute FeedbackIn the last few years we have been a guest at the Waldcafe. Our experiences there were always very positive. I was astonished about the very different reviews, among which there are also some correct flops. Today we had once again the opportunity to convince ourselves of the outstanding quality of the Waldcafe team. There has been a lot of writing about the ambience that I have nothing to add to. A stylish ambience, an outstanding view, only that is worth visiting Our table was assigned to a personal service employee from Anfag. And I'll be right back to the beginning that we couldn't have met him better. Already at the champagne reception he showed himself very attentive, filled the half empty glasses for demand, always had a nice set on the lips, without being plump or intrusive. The children from our group were led by him to the kitchen door to personally present their food wishes, as a four-course menu was planned for adults. Even during feeding he was always present: the handle to the mineral water bottle could never be completely executed; he was always at the place and gave a joyful smile. Roberto also has a really subtle humour and was happy to have a short chatter, but he did not neglect his task at least. Rarely I have given for a service as much as the full 5 stars The food Our menu reads as follows: Crêpes Roulade with pickled salmon on Red Beet Carpaccio and fine salad with Dill and Gurke Cremige Spinach soup with Perlhuhn breast slices and Speck Chip Fried veal ridge steak with Estragon jus on seasonal potato I didn't find anything I could really criticize. The Red Beet lay under the roulettes in thin slices, were only slightly acidic and therefore tastefully perfect for the salmon. A spinach soup would actually be boring, but it just got through the bead-huhn slices the wonderful piff, and the bacon chip was then for the eye and really delicious. But the hammer was the calf, which was surrounded by a wonderful donkey. Of course, the sauce was boiled from the calf bones, wonderfully refined with the intense estragon, and precisely for this, the cook belongs a thick praise: perfect tasteful tuning. The mousse, which was then served, was in nothing for the other dishes. Only the apple ragout could have been refined with something cinnamon or the like. However, even this cannot lead to depreciation in such a menu. All festivities were totally enthusiastic about this food. Full score! The ambience of Gediegene's interior, stylish and perfectly decorated. The outdoor area with the most beautiful views of Reutlingen and Pfullingen. It's all right. And then there are a few steps below the Fritz, the beer garden belonging to the restaurant; the same great view and a very cozy furnishings. Just perfect! Cleanliness Everything works very clean; the toilets also look very well maintained, and a few burning candles on the wash basins allow a kind of cosiness to arise even in the toilet area

Awesome view, awesome food and desserts. English menu available but good to map to German menu so servers know exactly what you want. Wait for sunset hours...
