"Smart, modern, scottish restaurant. Had the chateaubriand gorgeous, perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and friendly as always. Had the other steaks before and they were just as delicious. Other dishes to be had but can't get past the really excellent steaks (and I'm not usually a big red meat eater). Would highly recommend"

"I and my partner recently went into this cafe and I am glad we did. the young guy who served us could not have been better, really nice, friendly and very helpful. he made me a nice latte and my wife a beautiful flat white, although he was busy, he recommended restaurants to eat evening. he also gave our little dog some ham and water, which was a nice note."

"Myself and the other colleague had a delivery to made for this place. Afterwards the owner and another lady, probably the manager or the wife of the owner offered as dinner. The food was delicious, the presentation as well. The staff super friendly and I could say if you are passing in the area this place it’s a must to stop. The view as well is breathtaking. I live in London but I had never felt so well welcomed and served like there. Good luck for them and for the way the staff behaves."

"We arrived there by chance but so grateful because it is a stunning place to stop for a meal, drink or ice cream, just by the lake with loads of sweet ducks and swans. Trails for walking or cycling start from there. Also availability to rent boats or kayak or fish permits. Nice staff and great fresh food. I can't wait to go back!"
