"On a cold November night we picked up amazing ribs (beef and pork) from Black Market. Because of the cold we didn't hang around outside so atmosphere rating is purely food truck vibe. The love these people have for what they do really shows in the quality of the food. Can't wait to do this again."

"What’s new, pussycat? New menu at Malay House, actually. Well it’s not fresh off the press new as it’s been out for a few months now, but I haven’t been back since the first few visits last year after it first opened, so it’s new to me! They also have some newish lunch specials from $10.90 that includes soup and a drink. Couldn’t take advantage of that on this return visit as we were there for dinner, but it seems like a good option to keep in mind for another time.<br/ <br/ Our order:<br/ N05 Maggie goreng, $12.90 stir fried Maggie noodles with deep fried drumstick, fried tofu, onion and choy sum<br/ R02 nasi Pattaya, $13.90 Malay House fried rice with omelette<br/ D05 cincao (grass jelly drink), $3.50<br/ <br/ Portions were generous and taste was decent, though I wasn’t enough of a fan of the curry powder in my nasi Pattaya to want to put it on my repeat order list. And if I was given the choice between this Maggie goreng and the $10 mee goreng special at Lemak, I’d pick the latter. There’s lots of other stuff on the menu I wouldn’t mind trying though, and one of our friends had the dry pan mee dish (N11, $13.90) which he said tasted just like home so that’s a pretty good endorsement!"

"The food was excellent. I'm never disappointed when I eat here. The staff was friendly and easy going. The place was very clean and family friendly. I recommend their pho soups and curry soups. My favorite is the kapoon. And my son's favorite is the fried chicken wings and sticky nice."
