"I wouldn’t bother going we had a terrible experience staff are so unprofessional we had the worst night ever very stressful, we got charged for something we never received and then they said they’d refund me within 3-5 days. They never refunded so after a...week I phoned in they took my number again and said they’d get onto it straight away and ring me the next day. Well I’m still awaiting a call!"

"Went here with partner and two children, clean modern interior with simple menu, using fresh healthy ingredients. Very child friendly and accommodating. Pizza was fresh and pancakes were very impressive. Loved every minute, a not wanting to end dinner."

"We are a group of 6 friends enjoying a spa day at the hotel. Somewhat disappointed to find out we had to leave the spa and walk round to the hotel restaurant for lunch. The Orangery is a bright room overlooking the gardens but the room itself is quite shabby and spartan. A very helpful gentleman made up a table for the 6 of us. Our waitress was lovely and very helpful taking the food and drink orders. We got extra water that we asked for too. A second waitress came out to help bring out the food order. I have an intense dislike of wooden boards to serve food on and I asked her for a plate. She was obviously not very pleased but did bring one for me. I had a tuna and red onion sandwich on bloomer bread. The menu clearly states it's served with crisps and coleslaw. Mine (and the other lady who ordered a cold sandwich) had crisps and salad. I asked why I didn't have coleslaw and this second waitress sighed heavily and said it doesn't come with your meal. I pointed out the menu said it does. So she went off and bought me a bowl of coleslaw. The other lady was not asked if she wanted any. The 4 people that had the hot food were very pleased with what the were served, however the cold sandwiches were poor. I think the bloomer bread may have been frozen and defrosted for our lunch as it was hard on the outside and very cold as if it had been quickly defrosted. The attitude of the second waitress put me off complaining directly. The restaurant wasn't busy and with 3 staff there were enough people to serve. But the little things can make a big difference to an experience. The spa was lovely and we'd all return again any chance we get. But I'd definitely avoid the Orangery in future unless I wanted hit food. A shame as an otherwise lovely day and great place."

"Popped in here with a family member ordered sweet sour chicken, cantonese style, and chicken curry with boiled rice. When we got back home, and served the food onto plates, we noticed that the chicken in both dishes, (sweet sour curry) all looked uniform in shape size, which is very odd for chicken pieces. When we began to tuck into our dishes, I began to notice, that the chicken in my sweet sour dish, had a very strange texture. To be honest, it just did not taste like any chicken I 've ever tasted before, it had no flavour. It was extremely soft, thin, with weird stringy consistency. The other dish, chicken curry was exactly the same. I 've bought fresh chicken, and diced it myself, when I cook Thai Chicken Curry from scratch. Chicken once cooked, goes plump firm, with a mixture of slightly different shapes, not all uniformed, and certainly not thin soft with a stringy texture. So, hasten to add, we did not finish either dish, as we were not convinced it was fresh chicken we were eating!! Think we 'll be giving this particular establishment a wide birth in future, as we 're not keen on the thought of potentially being served some other meat as a replacement for fresh cooked chicken !!!!!"

"Wonderful eating and a happy place, the staff here are so friendly and friendly! the woman who answered the phone was so nice, although I took as long as I had never ordered online before. they gave me instructions where to leave the money for the supplier and let them choose where to visit my food placement, e.g. my veranda (because of corona virus.) they would highly recommend if they are in the bilston area or only here or close to a visit! delivery was also fast! if they decide not to visit them only cash!"

"Went ther on recommendation of brother sis in law...!! Amazing food...!! Good veggie options..!!! in drink loved Budvar tried their own Amber Ram...!!! Nice friendly staff also was nice of chef Sushil to come to our table ask whether food was up to expectations...! Had a lovely evening...!! Wolves need decent pub like Hooded Ram...!!"

"This ice cream, dessert shop is off the chain!!! Blows the little dessert shop out the water. My opinion!! The ice creams are on point they taste amazing. Cakes are yummmi. The staff are amazing friendly and welcoming. Deco fab bright n comfy. Took my little man there for a after school treat, they didn't have the ice cream he wanted so the man in there made it up with mixing ingredients together. It tasted amazing!!! So thank you Mr. My son was over the moon. So yh a fab place will deffo be going back. PS sorry about the essay!!! Lol"
