"This has been the best fish and chips in town exactly like they claim. The service is fast and friendly, with the food options ranking from cheap to moderate. For a large 2pc fish and chips is roughly 16. The food is excellent and there is about only a 10 minute to 15 wait even when it's busy. The music is quiet, allowing you to speak and hear your friends without issue and it is right next to a bus exchange for easy travel anywhere in Kamloops."

"Worst service ever. It has always been a disappointment when visiting BP over the years, but reminiscent of BP in the 90's, 2000's we have tried to enjoy good ol BP. Since every visit seemed to be more disappointing than the last we decided to order pick to take home and avoid the useless servers and feeling of invisibility by all staff we have found growing in this restaurant franchise. Not just this location. Every one we have visited. Long story short ... got to the restaurant, waited in a ridiculous line and was then told I never had placed an order. They had nothing for me. Wow BP. Your last chance with us was a banger!"

"Awesome foods. Glad they have choices between meat and veggies. We are vegetarians and love that we can choose just veggies as opposed to having just meats to choose from. Staff here were very pleasant and were informative when asked about how we get to the hiway."

"First off we got coupons in the mail and thought they had some great deals so we thought we would give them a try.Big mistake. I am still sick.. two members of our family are still sick. It's the only thing they ate the same of... The burgers are the worst pre-made patties ever. The neglected telling us that they were out of hot dog buns instead they made the hot dog.. or burnt the hot dog rather and wedged it in the center of an actual slice of bread?? In what world is that normal... the fries were cold and the pop was warm?? Just don't bother trying to eat here."

"If you want a 180 degree view of Kamloops and the surrounding mountains and a yummy Indian meal, this is the place for you. The service was very good too. Unfortunately it was wildfire season, so we watched lots of water bomber planes in the sky. The sunset is gorgeous too."
