"American-esque Deli sandwiches in downtown Marrickville. Didn't expect it did you? Well you're in for a treat. This place is brand new, clean and modern looking with a great menu of deli sandwiches you can either eat in or take away. Such a refreshing menu choice given we're in the heartland of vietnamese/greek food. I can never go past pulled pork .. but for once I feel like i should return and just work my way through the menu. "I don't know why some of yall complaining! If it's the waitresses that's the problem, I've realised they've changed the whole staff! That's how much I love and know this place. I always come here for lunch breaks and also come here for dinners with my family and the boss always gives my younger siblings free fruits and desserts and the sushi and udon we always get are always such a big serve for such cheap price. Everything is so cheap there for quality food! I definitely recommend!"

"I'd visit this cafe more often if it wasn't such a drive from my house. It's great to have a nice place to sit and enjoy some decent coffee. I often pop in after going to the pool or doing a bit of shopping. I love that they are opened at the same times as the shops, so unlike most of the other coffee places around that close down the kitchens around 3pm. Sandwiches are tasty and lots of different bread options available. Gluten Free options available, and they have the most delicious gluten free cupcakes. Coffee always the right amount of heat taste. Don't wait for a shop, just get there!"

"I would not consider the food at Bau Truong as Vietnamese cuisine because they are commonly available in Thailand, Malaysia or Singapore. The menu was extremely long and I randomly ordered a few dishes which sounded nice. <br>

The prawn with rice crackers tasted alright at the beginning. However, the taste of the artificial five-spices power began to overwhelm and wear your taste buds down. I would recommend that they stop using it. The signature grilled chicken was cold and tasted artificial because too much tenderizer was added. Disappointing!"
