"Our family of 4 decided to try this local Ulludulla Thai restaurant. Whilst the food is actually quite good, the same cannot be said for the service. The wait staff clearly have not been trained in customer relations or service! . Firstly, after being seated...for 10+ minutes and no-one coming to the table, I had to get up, go to the “bar” and ask if we could get menus and order drinks. The two waitstaff appeared quite irritated that I was asking for service and responded with a “yes, we’ll get to you”. Several times during the night (and the restaurant was not busy) the waitresss/s was bringing food to our table that we had not ordered. The restaurant clearly has a good chef and the portion sizes are generous but the waitstaff are letting it down."

"The food is grate service was ok to cant complain i had a lovley meal and very nice wine i wish i could go again with out the kids just the miss's my fault for not getting a baby sitter i would definitely recommend this place to famly or frinds"

"Oen fire on a rainy night set the scence. We ordered an entree of garlic bread followed by six mezzi plates. We chose the Villa Maria Sauv blanc to accompany the meal. We found the service friendly and efficient. The six plates we delivered two at a time with the shared dessert as the final. We had cofee to finish the feast and left satiated and relaxed. We would recommend this for a special occasion."

"This restaurant is in a prime location, with stunning views. However it seems the owners do not utilise this to their advantage. The windows were very dirty.The food was quite nice, especially the entree. Having the waiter talking on his phone most of the night, was a bit of a downside. As it destroyed the tranquility of the restaurant that I was just beginning to see.I believe only one word sums this restaurant up, average."

"All six of us were returning customers but not again. Service was non existent with each diner served at different times. Two of us waited 30 minutes after others had their meal. Grilled fish with chips was burnt, dry and small. Commented on this to a male barista who said he would talk to chef. Ignored instead. Despite restaurant having very few diners, not busy.Tables not cleared, insufficent paper napkins which were wet. Flies and sparrows on food and furniture.Great variation in food portion sizes, quality and temperature.Expensive for basic fish and chips.A big shame as this used to be a terrific venue with quality food and service but if there had been a response to my comments at the time, I would consider a return but no, not now as the food industry in the area is huge and competitive and values the local patrons as well as the visitors. No evidence of this on the day."
