Visited with my family on 30/12/18 and was made to feel very unwelcome. Bought 4 drinks one iced chocolate, 2 coffees and one hot chocolate. The iced chocolate for my son came first and he had it finished off long before we saw sight...of our hot drinks due to the woman serving ‘her friends’ before those waiting patiently in the queue.
